Benugo - Curzon Street in City of London

Quick and efficient, staff were friendly and coffee was great! Will be back soon for food to accompany coffee. So glad to see this coffee shop open again after so long.

V. nice and rich coffee with a variety of snacks and desserts. Seating inside is a bit limited to 3 double tables and about 5 bar chairs.

I’m updating my review below and very happy to give 5 stars now, because the manager Thomas and the team dealt with my complaint quickly and professionally. I was offered a free lunch with a drink, which I was happy with. I was also reassured that they value their customers a lot, so I will continue coming and recommending this place.***I always come to this place, but for the past two times in the last 6 months, I noticed negligence. Twice I ordered and paid for a halloumi wrap with extra avocado and twice I have been given a halloumi wrap without any avocado. I even asked to double check and the person re-assured me that it had the avocado. Very disappointed and will probably stop going to this place.

Really great place for sandwiches and for lunch. Go for the New Yorker! Place is clean, welcoming and the staff are very polite and cheerful. Especially Miss Dalila who was very kind in attending me and my friends. I highly recommend it.

Benugo is a local London chain. Each store has its own charm and uniqueness. This Benugo however has been the best one I have ever been to. The staff works together so well and they serve each customer smoothly,quickly and with a smile.

Completely agree with the reviewer below me. The Benugo fresh sandwiches are great and I usually like this chain but this one is really appalling.Observing the staff you'd be surprised they work in a high turnover food service industry. This morning Ive counted nine of them with only one at the till taking orders and as she was giving a lady's change back, instead of putting the coins in the customer's one free hand she dribbled them on the counter unapologetically. We then all had to wait as the poor woman prized them off the table top whilst loaded up with bags.The blonde waitress with the ponytail looks like she's been freshly lobotomised with a hepatitis spatula.I wrote this entire review whilst waiting for a latte lol.

I love Benugo Coffee so much, but this one is appalling. Very rude staff and service. Service in Mayfair should be top notch to reflect the area, but this is not happening. The staff do not care. I suggest you fire them and hire better workers to create a positive environment.

Amazing view to the Serpentine lake, lots of birds, beautiful swans. The coffee shop price is a bit expensive but no more than others in central London. Be ready to spend 15 min waiting in the line since his place is pretty crowded on weekends.
