Pleasant cafeteria with good staff. Part of the Museum of London (for the moment) it does good coffee and drinks, sarnies, wraps and the like.

Freshly toasted sandwich was ice cold in the middle, when I went to mention it was ignored by the staff who would not make eye contact for 3 minutes. The lack awareness that I was standing by the till staring at them was more upsetting than the sandwich.

Fantastic and efficient service.Nice selection of food: frittata, soup, salads, panini and wraps. Options for vegetarians, gluten free and even kids lunch sets.Easy access and space for prams/strollers and wheelchairs.Located by the entrance of the museum so great for a stop before exploring or once you're done.

Got the wrong wrap. Staff talking loudly to each other while I am writing right in front of them. Really terrible service. Over priced. Bad, even for a Benugo....
