Benugo - Waterloo Station in City of London

Best place to take a coffee and some food the people there are really nice and excellent customer service

Had a nice sandwich from here, used on sourdough bread. Nice staff too.

To date I have not found a better place than Benugo for the coffee, exceptional.

Speedy polite service coupled with tasty food to take on the train I always use this place when I’m passing through Waterloo

Nice, helpful lady at the till, but the BLT was doughy and tasteless.

Loved Benugo before lockdown! I’m your regular customer for over 2 years. But what you do with your muffins now it’s a scam. You can see from the pictures how thin this slice of cheese. And it is a Halloumi cheese!! This is a very embarrassing proportion of bun and cheese. A full pack of halloumi cost £2.60 plus £1 full avocado. But you placed few slices of avocado and a tasteless piece of cheese for £3.60.Everyone understood it’s a tough time for all businesses and you’ve been closed for a long time.No problem to have the same amount of ingredients for less money. But for now, it’s not okay.I hope someone from the head office will see this very honest feedback from your very regular customer.

Excellent croissant, but the weakest coffee I’ve ever had in my life. Incredibly disappointed at the coloured hot water I was served. Will not be going back there for coffee.

Really nice place. Great coffee. Good food selection. Friendly staff. And good location. The only fault was that it is open and was freezing cold. Would have been good to have some closed spaces or some kind of heating lamps in the seating area

Six people serving and chatting while one excellent barista did all the work. Why they have two coffee stations when only one is ever used, I have no idea, and I’ve been here about 15 times.
