Feb 2022It is almost 5 stars.I enjoyed tasteful broth. Chicken is tender and well seasoned. Without any additional options, volume is enough for me. To be fair, pho noodle itself is too soft and shredded. But it’s acceptable level.

Had been told great things by my coworkers and was excited to try. I ordered the pho with extra mushrooms, chilli, and chilli oil. All of the extras cost and I didn’t receive any of them. Without the additions it was very bland.Update: the Hop team got in touch and was very kind. I’m sure it was a result of the busy lunch rush

Handsome Vietnamese food off Broadgate Circle, although lunchtime queues were a pain.Went for a caramel chicken hotbox and it was badass. The chicken marinade was very flavourful, and I enjoyed the accompanying jasmine rice and crunchy salad.Upgraded to a side of veg dumplings which turned out to be limp, dried out and a waste of time.

Their banh mis have some creative fillings but they work well! The store is spacious and there are both outdoor and indoor seatings. Ordering can be done either via their app or via in-store machines so it's very convenient. Worth a try!

Hope I'm reviewing the correct branch. Ordered via Deliveroo and the coconut chicken curry was incredible. Sweet and rich with the perfect level of heat. Second time we ordered, we made an error ordering two lemongrass curries in beef and chicken. We managed to call them up and they readily agreed to a replacement. Unfortunately the order arrived with two chicken curries, and the coconut curry was very different from the first time we had it. Watery, bland and lacking the orange stuff that had been on top (carrot? Sweet potato puree? Couldn't tell what it was but it had been sweet). Both dishes were also overly salty and smelt overwhelmingly of fish sauce which had not been so obviously discernible the first time round. The chicken too had an odd rubbery texture this time round. Very disappointing and have not been able to get in touch via Deliveroo to rectify the issue. If not for the quality consistency issues, I would certainly be a repeat customer.

Solid place to grab a quick lunch when you're nearby. Nice staff, good options, consistent quality. Be aware it's Vietnamese style fast food, not authentic Vietnamese.

Fast, efficient and friendly service. A number of chairs outside to eat at. Great for a quick lunch. The food is always good, I have had most of the dishes on the menu now and have not been disappointed by any of them.

The breakfast menu at HOP amazed me. It’s such a good breakfast to go deal, £4.25 for a breakfast item and a coffee, coffee by Taylor Street Baristas which are located in the area and provide great coffee.The options for breakfast are vast, fried egg dishes, baguettes too. I ordered a tasty tomato base along with chilli spinach coriander and fried eggs. Very tasty and filling. They’ve got a loyalty card too, so a few coffees and you’ll be claiming your reward.

Really nice lunch via Meal Pal. HOP was very busy, the queue was out the door so must be doing something right. Good flavours with this chicken curry, just the right portion size as well. Would recommend get there earlier or has meal pal to avoid the queues.

Coffee is ok They use taylor st. barista Drip coffee is lovely if its sunny I recommend the Vietnamese drip iced coffee. Drawbacks - loud pop music blaring
