Ordered what I thought was going to be baby back ribs but was served pork belly, that was more fat than meat and not cooked properly. The beans were cold and all I ate were the chips and coleslaw. Definitely won't be coming here again and certainly wouldn't recommend. The manager didn't charge me for my meal and rightly so.

We fancied something quick and simple before the cinema last night (Scream if you were asking 😉) and the Big Easy was just the ticket! We are big Chicken Wing fans, and these were much much better than we expected… the voodoo sauce was very similar to buffalo sauce (our fave!!! 😍) and the blue cheese sauce was delicious!!Service was good and very friendly, food was out super quick and was piping hot.. and the place itself has a great atmosphere!!The menu itself is much more expansive than we tried on our visit last night, with lots and lots of choice - both Steak and Lobster seemed very popular choices!!We did also get a side order of Chicken Caesar salad (keeping us honest), but got stuck in before we had chance to take a picture!! 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️Only slight grumble was regarding the toilets - Mrs L4T compared it to the scene of a war crime…although she has been known to exaggerate from time to time!!! 😆😉Our fave things: Them Chicken Wings and blue cheese sauce - wow wow wow!!📍🚇| 5/6 min walk from Covent Garden tube station

Nice decor and venue, really spacious. Good options for food and so many spirits. Lobster is good but not amazing. Meat was covered in bbq sauce which ruined the taste. Overall, not sure it’s worth the price for food (£230 for 4 of us), but good vibe and evening out.

I can’t even begin to describe how delicious this meal was. It was a last-minute day out and we were so happy that the hostess was able to accommodate us and find us a table. We opted for ordering the barbecue deluxe blow out, the cheesy chips and shared the pitmaster bbq sandwich. The meal was more than enough for the both of us as the portions are pretty decent.

We booked a table for my birthday and we had a lot of expectations that were happily exceeded. The staff were great and seemed to be happy working there. The food and alcoholic slushies were great. Definitely try to share different food to get the best experience possible. We'll be back for sure.

Came here on a Saturday, and ordered the bbq chicken and shrimp which was great and definitely more than enough food for one person. The staff were all friendly and it’s in a great location. The table was in a corner that was definitely too small for a two seater table though, couldn’t really move the chair to get in and out and felt a little squashed. This also meant I was quite close to the table next to me and felt quite loud as though we were all dining together.Apart from that, had a good time and would recommend to any lobster or BBQ lovers!

The staff (excluding the bouncer) were nice and friendly.I had the deluxe bar.b.q blow out. Brisket was soft but a bit salty. The pulled pork was covered in thick sauce and wasn’t juicy, it was dry.The corn bread could be a muffin or a Madeira cake. The bouncer was incredibly rude. I told him we had a reservation under a certain name but he continued to ask for our names and that we weren’t on time (a friend already arrived on time and was at the table).

We had a craving for Lobster Rolls on a Sunday so we decided to deviate from Burger and Lobster this time and try out Big Easy. Funny enough having Crabshack in the restaurant name, there was barely any crab on the menu and all of the crab items were sold out. The Hushpuppies and ribs starters were nice, but the lobster roll tasted lackluster. We ordered the surf and turf combo, the fillet steak was one of the chewiest fillet steaks I have eaten and the lobster tail has one of the smallest tails I have ever seen. The jumbo shrimp definitely looked better than it taste also.Overall the value was average as I think we can get much better food elsewhere for £100. The restaurant looks nice and the atmosphere was decent. Moving on to the service, the host at the front of the desk was rude and sassy when we asked for a change of table. The manager however was nice and understanding which we appreciated.

We had shared platters and I've never seen so much food! They did really well managing us as a table of 12.Only reasons for not giving 5 stars is because there was a lot of wasted food so I think the portions are a bit too big and we had to chase a few times for drinks. This may be unique to the platters and the fact we were a large group. The quality of the food was exceptional, the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was good.

As a chain Big Easy offer a good themed BBQ experience with a real buzz in terms of atmosphere especially when they have live music on. They have a very extensive and impressive bar and the cocktail slushies went down very well. The food comes in decent sized portions served up on metal trays and cast iron skillets for the sides. A variety of sauces are available though these were never offered and we had to ask if they could bring some over. The pit grill offerings have a deep smokey flavour that is very satisfying. Burnt ends are crispy and leave you wanting more. The starters we're good but I felt a bit deflated that the chicken tenders were more nachos than bird. The staff were friendly but it seemed somewhat distracted. You get the feeling that they are very under pressure though it didn't have any major detriment to our meal. A good shout for a BBQ joint and worth returning to but in a much lower league to somewhere like smokestak.
