Service was good and atmosphere was nice. However, the food was just ok. Eggs came cold.

Flawless pancake day experience. All you can eat with fruit or bacon options.Staff were quick, attentive and polite.Pancakes were thick, tasty, covered in syrup and butter. ( I opted for bacon). You'd be lucky to get through 2 plates.

Firstly we had booked a table so to not have to wait for an available table, yet we were waiting for our reserved table for over 15 minutes. Our poached eggs were rock hard. The best thing about the chicken burger was the bread, the chicken was extremely dry.The truffalos were yummy. Was really disappointed overall as never had any problems with Bills in Brighton so this experience has tarnished the brand for us a fair bit.Not one to be a Karen but felt this had to be shared x

Food is simple but yum. Also can't beat the price here! Server was also super attentive and nice. Appreciate the small details such as warmed plates

Always good food, big menu, dedicated menu for gluten free and friendly staff. Not a perfect for me but never disappointed going here.

I always loved dining at Bill’s but this time around was disappointed. They have a good offer at the moment, when you order a main and a cocktail you get the same cocktail and dessert for free.We tried the Passion Fruit Martini and Cotton Candy cocktail (however they ran out of cotton candy) - both on a sweet side and rather weak. For mains we had chicken with goats cheese and tomato sauce and sirloin steak. The steak seemed to be a cheap cut, chicken was okay but nothing special to come back for. Overall a very average meal.Loved the dessert - brownie with salted caramel sauce. We paid £52 for 2 mains, 4 cocktails and 2 desserts which is really good value but as I said - the food and drinks weren’t anything extraordinary. However love the interior, service and overall vibe of Bill’s.

Lovely breakfasts in a good location if you're exploring borough market and tower bridge area. Worth booking at the weekend as it gets busy. Really recommend the Eggs Royale.

·

Nice meal, but for 5 people was £165 - single bottle of wine and 4 beers, 2 puddings - so was pricey.

Use to love bill’s having first been introduced to it at is original lewes store. Today I was left utterly disappointed underwhelmed. Garden breakfast slightly warmed toast, cold poached eggs, smashed avocado already turning brown so clearly was made yesterday as had bitter taste. A tomato dropped on a grill for a minute and 3 slivers of cold chargrilled pepper with no sign of chargrilling. I would not recommend it

Lovely little location with delicious food. Staff were a bit hectic and we were often had muliple servers trying to take the same order from us but understandable when it was so busy (it was a sunday morning and just about managed to squeeze a booking in that morning). Also the staff were still really friendly and pleasant with us. Love the typical Bills decor and had a lovely time having brunch here before popping to the Tate modern for the day.
