Loved the food and the ambience. Perfect place if you are looking for a decent family restaurant with authentic tastes of India.Would rate it more than Dishoom, if asked.Staff is super polite and humble. Peaceful dinner everyone's favourite after long day of exploring the London attractions.

We are truly fortunate to have the Bombay Palace on our doorstep. We have been dining here for 30 years both in the restaurant and take out. The food is always excellent and the staff are friendly and professional. Worth making a trip for. Find the app a little tricky but sure that practice will help! All the food is delicious and spicy but the Punjabi samosas deserve a special mention.

I had get together with 4 families in Bombay Palace. The food taste was below average. Curry portion sizes were small. Breads were hard. There was nothing special about the restaurant that I visit there again.Avoid it.

Only giving 1 star as you variety of dishes but quantity and price way too high ... Drinks £15 1 shot whisky. Quality wasn't even great £9 approx for Golgappa (pani puri) for 6 pieces must be joking too .Don't want to wright everything for over all experience was not great . From management to till end . End up paying £745 for 6 people 😡

When to this place to celebrate a friends birthday. When we first got to the place it was not too busy. We ordered our starters and it came within a reasonable time and were amazing. As the night progressed and it started becoming busy the staff seemed overwhelmed with the number of guests. It took a long time to get someone's attention to order our mains. Then it took even longer to receive it. We weren't impressed with the mains. The food that we ordered was over spiced and left an unpleasant after taste in the mouth.I had to walk up to one of the waiters and ask for them to come over so that we could order our drinks. The place is expensive but I really wouldn't have minded the price if the quality of the food was consistent throughout the evening.Definitely will not go back.

This is the first time I had a meal there.. The food is extremely delicious. We had lamb kata masala and chicken swarma. The gravy was very creamy and the meat was so tender. We liked both the dishes. The smell of fresh garlic nan made us more hungry. We met Mr Paul there, please follow his recommendations, you will not be disappointed. The decor is beautiful and modern. A good place for any medium size party. We departed at late night, so had an opportunity to speak with the boss. He is very soft spoken and looked after us very well.Overall, excellent hospitality.Definitely coming back here again.

Let's put it this way, the food was SO good we had to personally thank the chef! These guys know their stuff and they know authentic Indian. The staff are also very hospitable and welcoming, happily advising us on what to order. If you're in the area, I definitely recommend Bombay Palace!

Nice location. Good service. The food was OK but the menu was substantial with many options to choose from. The restaurant is large and has space for plenty folks. The large windows make the experience great. I came for a late lunch on a Friday and there were seats available. Not a bad option in Marble Arch.

I was astounded by the friendliness and response of the staff. I will admit from all of the foods we tried the best by far was the lamb. Good spiciness to taste ratio, although happy to adjust to your liking. It might be on the higher end of the price range but if you want a quiet place, baby friendly, easy to park near the W2 area this is a very good contested. Don't forget you are in the city centre, London City centre.
