Brass Monkey in City of London

Top quality service, me and my partner were just traveling London for the day and found that Sides delivery was handled by brass monkey. We politely asked the guys at the bar if we can order and eat the food in the bar. They were happy to do so of course with a purchase from the bar itself.Not only did they help with the order but we're more the happy to go the the kitchen staff and explain our order is from the kitchen to the bar, the kitchen staff and bar staff were perfect.The bar is lacking in appeal it really needs to have a modern update and maybe even a little change in the seating but I wouldn't down mark the service because of furniture.Thanks

Lovely place to hang....and amazing food...seriously try the lamb and chips...I know it sounds simple but it was fantastic

We showed up and it ended up being some of the best bugars we have had (mushroom hambugar and chicken). Great service and great food.

Pub seemed nice but barman openly pointed out he was thinking to close early, this was roughly 8.30 on a Saturday night. Toilets were dirty and no toilet roll

Second time visiting the BM, food simple and consistent quality also reasonably priced. Perfect pit stop before a night out in London without the hassle.

Used to come here regularly when living in the area. Very pleasant pub, rarely overcrowded, so you get served quickly at the slightly smaller than usual bar.

Lovely little pub. Staff were very friendly even the chef came out and spoke to us. Food was gorgeous and great value. 2x beers and burgers for £15 with the deal found on Groupon. It was £8.40 for two bottles of Corona most places in the area were charging £10.
