Had my birthday celebration at parcel yard booked through brazen monkey. The night itself was fantastic with nice staff and having a private room really made the night great! Big shout out to Andrew from brazen monkey as he was very helpful throughout the planning and organising. Would recommend

Great Karaoke Bar! We had our own bar with friendly staff! Huge choice of music and great atmosphere! Thank you team!

·

Brilliant private karaoke room, most the songs you wanted. Bit tricky to find as in Cafe Koha.

·

Beautiful pub! Trying to visit British Museum we got stuck in here for a whole afternoon. Saturday mid-day it was quiet and perfect chatting and getting drunk with a friend. We ended up spending one hour at the museum.

Would recommend booking elsewhere. Initially helpful in setting up the booking, and offered a good price, but then several unacceptable and unprofessional aspects of our experience with Brazen Monkey:- We were explicitly sold one venue on the phone, and had it confirmed in writing, only to be given a different and completely inadequate venue for our booking. This happened without us any notice whatsoever - we had to chase them up ourselves to find this out. As a result of their mistake, we had to reschedule our whole event at late notice, meaning that we lost the bulk of our expected attendees.- Difficult to contact with when things were wrong with the booking. On several occasions, our team members had reason to suspect that Brazen Monkey would turn their phones off to deliberately ignore our calls. This included on the night - no staff present or contactable when things weren't working as they had promised us.- Song requests were - we suspect - completely ignored. We gave our song requests two weeks in advance of the actual event date, expecting it to take 3 to 5 working days, as per the website. They explained that not all songs have a karaoke version - this we understand. However, the song lists we were given seemed very old, we weren't told which of our songs had actually been added, and we couldn't find even one of our requests on the system. Hence, it seems very likely that none of our requests were taken in at all.Polite in speaking to us - when they wanted to - but unreliable and unprofessional as a whole. Will not be recommending, and will look elsewhere next time.

I remember when this place was unknown and I could get a booking same day. Now you need to book at least 2 weeks in advance. It’s twice as good as other karaoke bars in London but half the price so it’s understandable. Love it here

It's a great place for casual drinks but also for Karaoke events for larger groups. There is a smaller room at the 1st floor and a larger at the 2nd floor which can be used for Karaoke parties. We had a great time there with my colleagues.

Kept hearing good things about this place and it didn’t disappoint! Was a little skeptical as I really enjoy my karaoke and it seemed to be a lot cheaper her than other places I usually go to but it was a fantastic venue with a better song list. The food took a while to come but we were too busy singing to really care. Very very very highly recommended

Food was ok. My aperol spritzer was lovely but the espresso was horrid. Staff aren't the greatest though perhaps because it was off peak time.

Awful. The staff have no interest in the karaoke room - it's an inconvenience to them. The service is poor, the drinks are outrageously overpriced and watered down (the wine is beyond terrible for the price). The food is cardboard like. You're lucky if you get through on the mobile number and the prices are completely different when you arrive at the restaurant and you have to argue them down. The guy who runs the karaoke seems nice enough but such a shame he's partnered with one of the worst tourist trap venues in London.Song choices are pretty average too. There are much better karaoke rooms in town but you pay for what you get eh?
