I ordered a jasmine tea with black pearls and it was the worst bubble tea I've ever had. I had a few sips and threw out the rest of the drink. The milk tasted like condense milk. And there was no choice for level of sugar or ice. Go to another tea shop in centre of Chinatown with Asians working inside and you'll know it's good.

Loved the large variety of choices you can make for your bubble tea. As a first time I got a white peach tea with lychee and mango bubbles and it was delicious. Although I didn't find the staff really nice/helpful... I asked them which variety of bubbles they have and they said that with the tea I choose they can put lychee and mango, I asked them again which flavours they have to make my own and for the next time but they were alredy doing it how they wanted and said "I told you, mango and lychee".I just think that other people new to bubble tea like me are curious to know which different flavours there are to make their own, so staff might be a bit more helpful and answer the question..

I have been to this bubbleology branch in soho once before and it was decent, but to my surprise today I had something god knows what in my drink. (The photo is down below) I’m not sure if it’s a worm of some sort but I felt like I was going to vomit after noticing that in my drink.

Flavour: Strawberry milkSorry, guys... I came here because a competing bubble tea brand was closed at the time I decided I wanted bubble tea, and it just wasn't the same. The competitor gave more tapioca, less ice (these are closer to mini icebergs than ice cubes), and had strawberry bits. I picked the smallest size here, at about 20p cheaper than the competitor's larger size, and whilst that can last me almost the entire journey home, this barely lasted to the station.Unfortunately, not a win.

wow, i love this amazing place. this one guy joao, made the best bit. i told him that cream wasn’t good, but then he took it to the back, & he brought it back within 5 seconds, it was yummy but tad bit warm but overall tasty. i think i might make this my regular now. :)

My experience at this bubbleology was a first and pleasant one. I was in a bad mood at first, but thanks to the ginger worker, it had changed. As i arrived into the store for dinner and observed it, I was overall quite amazed at how tidy it was! It surprised me as the other previous stores of bubbleology had not met the standards of this one. Being served by João the ginger worker, i was quite happy. He made lovely chatter with me and we both had an engaging conversation. I must say i was tempted to ask for his number 😄. I had ordered a fruit tea with mixed bubbles, and drank inside the store whilst speaking to fellow customers coming in and out, as well as the staff. My time here had been remembered so well. He made me laugh very much and helped brighten my mood as it had been low! 😂 The store is quite far from me unfortunately as I live in peckham, however I will it will be remembered in my brain. 😁 The weather was wonderful too, so it had definitely brightened my day. Not the best. Guy was clearly obnoxious and lazy. Whatever made the guy think it’s a good idea to put ice in the drink when it’s freezing outside, I’d like to know. Drink wasn’t great either. Most of the popping bubbles were stuck in the midst of the ice. Honestly, would not recommend this place to anyone.

The bubble tea was great, the menu was a decent size and there was a lot to choose from. The option to add alcohol was a fun one, I'd like to visit again in the future to give it a try. The one drawback is the small size of the shop, so there aren't many tables and it felt a bit cramped while queuing.

Great bubble tea, prices are around 5£ per tea with multiple different combinations available. Staff are friendly, the location is very nice and convenient, although the place could often be crowded with average waiting times of 30 min.

The bubble tea itself tasted good but I ordered the fizzy strawberry and mint tea which I use to have it closed for takeaway but when I ordered it yesterday they said they don’t do that anymore. As I wanted it for someone else and need to keep it safe to arrive home, I ordered it for take away and when I got it it was with open led which means I cannot take it home and need to drink it right away. There was no sign mention it cannot be fully closed and the staff didn’t mentioned that as well when I ordered and say I wanted it for take away. Staff wasn’t helpful at all when I explained that to them and I didn’t like the customer service in this branch.
