Burger and Lobster - City in City of London

Service was slow and our order was wrong but rectified. Starters and deserts was delicious. The burger mains was nice but the lobster was dry.

Had a fantastic late lunch here after visiting Sky Garden.My cousin and I had a lobster each and a lobster roll between us.Staff were friendly and attentive but gave us time and space to devour our delicious lunch.Everything was fantastic and I would give 10 stars if I could.Thank you Johann for your wonderful service and entertainment! We will be back to see you if we are ever in the area again 😀

Yohann our waiter was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious especially the scallops and prawns. My vegan burger was so so. The wife enjoyed her lobster meal.Lovely venue and Yohann we will return to try desserts

Came here over the weekend with my girlfriend as an early Valentines Day meal and we were not disappointed. The service was superb from entry.We were greeted accordingly, food came in a timely manner, staff knew their industry very well.I would like to make a special thank you to Shakeem who was exceptional.

Went with my children for Saturday lunch. From entry to exit the service was great. We opted for the classic lobster (grilled and steamed). We also ordered as starters, the Calamari and king Prawns.The Calamri rings were battered just right and served with a marie-rose type of sauce. The prawns were even better and these were served with a mango salsa.Would I go again - definately. They have a good product and I for one, wish them well.

Very much enjoyed this place. Its has a calm and enjoyable atmosphere. Good food. Reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience at Burger & Lobster! The staff was absolutely amazing! Actually had two different people checking on us. Some people may find that cumbersome, but I personally liked being checked on. They weren't overbearing. Very friendly and made the meal more enjoyable.The food, reasonably priced, especially considering it is London. This is the point I get critical! I love well seasoned food. The burgers were AWESOME! FULL of flavor. I had mine without sauce and it was perfect. The Lobster was succulent, and not tough. The garlic butter sauce was delicious. Not too salty or garlicky.I'll definitely go back. Absolutely delicious! We both had the lobster mac and cheese and shared an appetizer of lobster croquettes. Both dishes were so lovely and you got quite a lot of food, so the £25 price for the main was well worth it. The staff were attentive and kind. Definitely would return next time we are in London!

A friend and I came down for an impromptu evening meal on Monday, and had such an amazing experience in this branch. I just want to give a mention to staff members Marco and Nelly who were both extremely hospitable and displayed wonderful customer service from the moment we entered the restaurant to the minute we left. Marco gave us a lovely little show of the lobster tank, and as it was my first time ever eating lobster he was patient enough to go through the menu with me and explain the different choices. Unfortunately, I wasn't a big fan of the lobster (through no fault of the restaurant it just wasn't my thing), but everything else on my plate was amazing including the salad lol. Would I visit again? Absolutely!! Overall a 10/10 experience. Thank you guys, Marco especially is a credit to your team.
