So in the middle of upmarket central london is this fancy fine dinning Italian restaurant.The location is awesome, the service is awesome and so is the food.We had booked a table for 7.30 but reached their a little early, but they were kind enough to accommodate us …. Even though it was a Friday night.We ordered a starter and risotto and some pasta - ofcourse we were helped by the hostess. Glad we went with her recommendations. Vegetarian food is hard to find these days.It was yummy. Cheesy. And very very Italian.This is fine dinning and so was the experience- fine.Dinner for two could come to around a £100 approx. it’s worth it.

Always a special meal! You can't go wrong for lunch and breakfasts are very nice too. Excellent pasta choices and the service + ambiance make this a favourite. It is a bit pricey compared to others but the whole experience of top notch food, service and atmosphere is why we keep returning

The pasta is the best !! It’s a place you can have an amazing Italian experience, we went on Saturday which was extremely busy so I wouldn’t recommend weekends. We had great service from the majority of the staff even if we were sat in the corner near the service station it was ok. Congrats to the Tuscan guy, he is a real vibe! The star that is missing is because none of the team smiled, which I understand it’s too busy but coming from a hospitality background also, smiling is how you start ! For 2 hours or more we didn’t see anyone of the staff to smile. Dear manager have a look on why the team is not very happy ! See you soon ciao !

Staff super polite and food is very tasty. Recommend trying the small eggs with tuna, ricotta with truffle and honey for starters, and I really liked the chicken paille as a main. The salmon salad is also very tasty, and the steak as well.

My big birthday at cecconi Mayfair with handful of my closest friends and family. Extremely good service and wonderful food. Definitely a nice choice for dinner The wine/dessert wine options were aligned with our expectations as well as delicious Food.You made my evening really special and my surprise pink raspberry seasonal fruits birthday cake was a treat. Such a fancy place with very tasty food. Jumped in for the lunch, luckily had place at the bar. Great value for money for the place of that level. Big portions. Loved it!

Extremely good service and wonderful food. Even the GF pastas are very well done and so tasty! Definitely a nice choice for dinner or even for staying on the counters for a drink. The wine options were aligned with my expectations as well. Highly recommended to have a reservation as they are usually very busy.
