Where do I even start.... The service was appalling. A tall man in a black suit was staring at my girlfriend and I throughout our meal, he made us feel very uncomfortable. Food was good value for money as the portion size was very large however the food tasted absolutely awful. I will never eat here again and if you are having any thoughts of booking DO NOT!!!

Cipriani is an absolute classic when talking about Italian food! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is relaxed but classy. Food is traditional Italian and absolutely delicious! Spectacular desserts, the Vanilla Merengue Cake is definitely their signature and most delicious dessert!

Would NOT recommend going here. Service was terrible, there was a tall man in a black suit that kept staring at my boyfriend and I. He didn’t even say thank you when we left, he just stared at us. I don’t know was he a manager or an owner but he made us feel very uncomfortable. They gave us a table which was squashed in the corner. The food was awful, it so bland definitely not worth the money. Waste of time, do NOT go.

Fabulous evening. Style of cru Príamo is really unique , from the deco , to the service I really a nice atmosphere that allows you to get in a best expórtenle quality food The environment was simple really nice I would say is expensive , but you pay for what you get

Yes yes yes! The evening we were there was very busy and hard to hear each other, but the food was brilliant. Very simple and full of flavours

DONT BOTHER!!Terrible service, awful bland overpriced food!After being sat at a table by a door, we ordered our food from a basic menu. Food arrived very bland and tasteless. Wine was served in a water glass (not appealing to me at all), our wine was in a bucket at least 5 yards away, that we repeatedly had to ask for!Managers attitude when we complained was very matter of fact.Not for us and we won’t be returning!

Friendly service from their attentive staff. Especially enjoyed their desserts. Pasta slightly undercooked on one of the dishes.

There is nothing wrong with the food save for the fact that it's a tad hit or miss. It's either unbelievably good or a bit average. This normally isn't an issue, but when it's that expensive, you'd hope the price reflected some consistent quality.The staff, however, are wonderful and attentive. Drinks and desserts are wonderful too.

Excellent food and prime service. The premises and architecture are according the expectations of any traditional Italian restaurant. People attending are so fancy as well. The only point of frustration was the wine glasses used by them - normal tumbler glasses - which is not even common to have in Italy.
