We hadn't been to a Caffè Concerto before but were really keen for an afternoon tea out in the sunshine with our little dog and they turned out to be the perfect venue for this! Really conveniently located on Piccadilly, their afternoon tea is good value and they were also extremely accommodating with our requests for a slightly more savoury afternoon tea. We found all of the food (sandwiches, scones and cakes) to be very tasty and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. In addition to this the rest of the menu also looked very good so we look forward to returning in the near future!

Very nice atmosphere and service. The food is fresh and tasty, especially the dessert. The price is a little high but worth it .

Service was abysmal!Upon entering we were told we could only come in if we ordered lunch, several people seated after us only ordered dessert which is what we had wanted.I explained I had a nut allergy and wanted to ensure the food was nut free and they were telling me it was fine because the meal was vegan in other words they obviously has no idea the difference between vegan and a nut allergy.Food took forever and tasted bland. Will never return. Wait staff need retraining on customer service and some English classes for some might help too.

Had cakes takeaway here while I was passing by and their cakes tasted delish.

We went in at around 11 am to have a hot drink to keep us going through the cold day, and we were not allowed in because we were not having brunch! Not very welcoming ☹️☹️We gave it another try in the evening. The atmosphere is quite pleasant. However, the hot chocolate was not hot, and the patisserie did not seem to be fresh. Surprisingly unimpressive. ☹️☹️☹️

Just because you are busy is no excuse for poor service. We ordered a small trio of starters for one.Two overcooked tiny prawns, greasy and hard. The slice of pizza was Wet on the corners. The fried rice ball was cold in the middle. The mozzarella sticks were just about edible. The mozzarella and tomato had a wired taste. We had to ask for the bill 3 times. It just all tasted precooked and procesed.Spoilt my day out.Won't be eating there againA very expensive menu, poor quality good

the waiter in a white shirt was a tender person, super friendly, the man in a black shirt was super arrogant, he treated us as if we were unworthy to eat there, he gave us a bad time, since we walked in and he ignored us all the time, really a very bad experience with him, We asked him for two coffees and he didn't even take it into account, until 10 minutes later. Compared to the gentleman in the white shirt who was very sweet even if he just went to leave us the drinks and the bill, an abysmal difference he tried.

Had a lovely stop off here yesterday after a visit to the National Gallery and stumbled across it.We wanted, and got, some cake and drinks after visiting the sights, mid afternoon. The manager Ahmed and his staff were very welcoming, friendly and the refreshments were all fresh and delicious. We had black forest gateaux, cherry frangipane, mille feuille and choc nut ice cream sundae. All very yummy! The interior had an authentic Italian cafe feel and the whole visit felt like a treat. We'd definitely go back.We also need to thank Ahmed as we left behind some art work that we'd done at the gallery, and didn't realise until that evening. Going past by chance the next day, we asked if they still had it and indeed, they'd kept it! One very happy daughter!! Many thanks 👍😊

The food and the service are amazing. Fantastic the experience, although they should rethink of prices for a dinner under £. 100,00.

A really nice place to have your breakfast, brunch or dinner! Saturday morning and it was the only place that they didn’t request a reservation to have a seat.Very friendly and welcoming staff, we had to wait a bit longer than usual to get served but I don’t mind at all after being in 8 places that all of them requested a reservation for us to be able to have breakfast (and they were empty).Nice and tasty food, fresh salmon, liked the presentation of the plates and they’re fresh ice cream 😌😍It’s a place that you can go with your family, friends, partner. They’re all welcome 🙏
