One of the best coffee shops from London.. Everytime when I came in London I pop in for a cup of hot chocolate. 3.75£ a large cup. Cozy atmosphere. Nice staff.

·

The two girls have great service and very kind and funny The other customers are very rude to them mostly male customers. Lovely atmosphere lovely regular people.

·

Service by the female staff was terrible, looked and sounded very impatient, the male staff was nice though. Smelly and dirty toilet.

Although I'm not a Caffe Nero fan per se. I have a good memory from here when my Mother, Wife and I came here and had a bunch of drinks, experimenting with some of the more unusual options on offer. I had a tonic water with esspresso, which was a stange combination. The drinks and snacks were good. This place can get pretty crowded on a Friday and Saturday night.

Very nice staff, they help you as much as they can. They understand spanish and italian. Not a huge variaty of savoury things for breakfast

I’ve been coming here forever and this is probably my favourite coffee shop in London. Great place to meet-up with friends before heading off into Soho or just sit and watch the eclectic characters of Old Compton street stroll by.I’ve always loved Caffè Nero coffee, and find it’s decaf one of the best, to my taste, of the high street coffee chains. The only negatives are that the toilets can be a bit dirty sometimes, as they do get a lot of non-customer use, and I’m not keen on the bench table that was put in after the last referb.

I am a regular client and I like to have my coffee from there, usually everyone is very nice. Today I booked a surprise bag from good to go to pick up from 5.30 to 6. When I arrived at Nero they simply told me that the hours on the app are incorrect and that I have to contact the app. I was fast ignored for other clients with no other suggestion or opportunity to make up for the error. I don’t think it’s the app fault that the hours are incorrect, yet I am the one that had to manage to get a refund. I’m a bit disappointed.

A very buzy branch that stays open until the early hours. The seating is not comfortable but the staff is friendly and helpful and I love the coffee.
