Caffe Nero - Haymarket in City of London

Best Caffe Nero so far love it the staff is super nice considering is morning love it I'll come again.

I had a cappuccino cake and black americano today that was tasty but the tables were very close to each other. During the pandemic, I felt like I would get a virus from somebody else...

Small and conjested with only one toilet. However, food was delicious and coffee pleasant enough. Staff professional and courteous. Reasonable prices, what you would expect to pay in London. There's seating outside, no face masks necessary as you are eating and drinking but to be worn when walking around or ordering.

So tasty coffee and cakes! Carrot cake was amazing 🤩

Good Heavens....in all the years ive used Cafe Nero......Never before have i encountered , a more noxious , rude , miserable member of staff....who huffed and puffed because i was paying by my app, and using a voucher..very impatient verging on hostile......i wanted a specialitiy hot chocolate..... " we havent got any "....was the answer.....ooh my god ....where on earth did you get her from ????Shes easy to spot, pasty faced....middle aged, probably eastern european,, with short dirty blonde hair , that looks as if its been cut with a knife and fork !..Cafe Nero....i hope you are reading this.....This woman has a rotten attitude....and gives your company a bad nameThe shops was clean, the drinks were fine....even tho they only did one hot chocolate , the shop is in a ideal location.

Good coffee, delicious cakes, relaxing music and surroundings. I've had to reconsider my decision to give a pass for minor shortcomings due to the pandemic mayhem and unfortunately feel obliged to mention the neglected state of the toilet and the tick layer of dust on most surfaces. Damn - it was nice to be nice...

Extremely Rude Barista, short haired blonde lady in her 40's who served me and my partner. We(partner and I) were having a lovely day and evening, I wanted to share the good vibes and told the Barista "hey it's a great day to smile more" and she rolled her eyes, flipped me and told me "bye get out". Coffee and desserts were OK.Whatever was bugging the lady, please dont spread poor vibes to happy customers.

Great place to grab a quick coffee and a snack if you want. Wait not too long and friendly staff. Table and chairs looking a bit worn and tired but then you don't go to a cafe to admire the decor. Cost was reasonable and average for a London cafe. Would happily go again 👍

Nice coffee but tables all a bit messy and close together. Toilet in an awful state, generally dirty, hadn't been attended to for 5 hours (according to the signed cleaners sheet) but generally needed a redecorate.
