Located in the heart of Paddington Station, this beautiful coffee shop has all the charm and the best customer service in the area. Perfect for a quick stop in between trains or a get together with a friend. Don’t miss it! Oh, and their hazelnut latte is absolutely delicious :)

Had a lovely conversation with a server named Andrea, she really brightened up my day and made my daughter laugh and smile. I would love to come back just for her company. Also made me a hazelnut latte, really good taste. I recommend to all my friends !

Got lunch for on the train here, Andrea was lovely and helpful. The ham and cheese roll was great too! Perfect to keep me going while travelling :-)

The staff were friendly and efficient, especially Andrea who served us and listened attentively to my smaller son who ordered his own food. The seating area was clean and tody too, in spite of the station being really busy.

I was on a hurry to catch my last train, Andrea and Diana were incredibly amazing. Andrea made my oat hazelnut large latte perfectly and Simultaneously directed me to the platform and I would never be home with my kids if it wasn’t for them.

I visited this place today while I'm travelling and it was actually a random visit. However, I found a place i could admire from their great hospitality, cake tests great and the cup tea nothing to complain during winter, its warm. . . One of the things I admire about staff members called Di has a contiguous smile.

I am delighted to have found this coffee shop at the station, there is plenty of seating and it’s very cosy even if there is very bad weather outside ( Storm Eunice). Inesa was very attentive and helpful as the rest of the team. Thank you for my fantastic coffee! :)

Very poor coffee. Accept that you don't get to sit in their designated area, walk less than 100ft, and buy your coffee from Cafe Nero, and sit by the departure boards
