Great lunch - really tasty choice of small plates (especially the potatoes) and a very interesting wine list. Amazing space, look forward to coming back.

I have to remind myself that "hot right now" doesn't always mean "the food experience will knock me off my feet and leave me marveling at everything while savoring every bite". Our dinner at Carousel last night was a good reminder, so for that I shall be grateful. What I am not grateful for on the other hand, are the fish bones that ripped through my throat and lacerated my oesaphagus. The overly loud music that made us repeat every sentence twice or thrice. And the wide gap between expectation and reality for the desserts. Now to give credit where credit is due, the brocoli and potato dishes were excellent. The cheese and sauciness of the brocoli made us order it... 4 times. The potato dish with its layers of mash, roasted and fried elements was surprising and delightful. But that's about it. If Carousel was down on the Colosseum floor looking expectantly towards me, I would give the thumbs down.

Really fun to do the visiting chef dinners. Great space. Cool people. Cracking wine barnim the front with great private rooms upstairs

Very poor customer service experience. I had to cancel a booking because I was waiting for a COVID test result. The person I spoke to on the phone was insensitive to the situation, promised to follow up once she spoke to the manager and never did. Utterly appalling and not in touch with reality. I will not consider going again and will alert others of the poor service.Sorry for the chefs that will suffer the side effects of this.

Great place! One restaurant but different chefs and different menus changing all the time, what could be better!

Been here twice and I've come back very satisfied both times. Love the concept of guest chefs. Both times we've enjoyed the food and drinks. Staff is really courteous and helpful too. The restaurant has a high repeat value as the guest chefs concept makes the experience like going to a new place every time. Highly recommended

Hands down the best dining experience I have had in my life. This is more than just food it is a food journey!!Each dish I had from the sourdough bread at the start to the strawberry panna cotta at the end was out of this world. The pictures do not do it justice seriously. If I could book a seat every single day of the year I genuinly would. The staff know there stuff and the care and attention is something I would expect in a 5 star hotel. My hat goes off to the staff and chefs at Carousel. You will see me again as I have booked in for the next chef.

Had the pleasure of eating at Carousel + William Chilila . The food was incredible. The restaurant had a great vibe. More casual than I expected. The food was 5* the waiters were super friendly but I feel service could be improved. Definitely worth a visit.

One of the best restaurants in London. For £40pp you get a 3-course meal from a guest chef who will serve you their specialty on that day (and the guest chefs change regularly). I’ve been here twice, with different chefs/menus, and both visits were as excellent as the other; It’s an experience that you’d definitely want to try in London! The restaurant:The place is quite small so it could only accommodate around 8 grps (might be more), which is great because it feels like you’re in a private dinner. The staff are soooo friendly here and you can absolutely have a chat with them, which adds to a more relaxed environment of this place. There is also a bar upstairs if you want a chilled drink (or a hot drink) after dinner. The food:The photos say it all! Presentation at its highest level and the taste is also 5 stars. We had the med (mediterranean) and USA menu and both were to die for. I’d definitely come back here again!

Thomas Straker is a great chef. The food at his pop up was brilliant! The restaurant had a great vibe and the staff were really friendly
