Always a pleasure to visit La Casa Del Habano to buy cigars for my brother in law. Highly recommended.

Went in to a frosty reception and the owner didn't even acknowledge me. They get 2 stars for having the cigars I need but the cold reception and also the fact they don't accept card for under £15 (I can only imagine for tax avoidance) gets it 2 stars. When I queried the minimum charge the owner looked at me with a down the nose glance and carried on serving. I almost walked out. If literally anywhere else in a 5 mile radius had the same cigars i would of walked out. I won't be back.

great service and selection.I went in to buy a special cigar for a friend's birthday being a bit of a novice when it comes to cigars. The team were very friendly and knowledgeable. What impressed me the most was that they understood the occasion and changed the cigars at any moment they saw any imperfections having thoroughly checked them, although it wouldn't affect the flavour or how they are smoked, they only wanted to give me pristine cigars as they are a gift. That level of customer service i respect and appreciate. I will be back.

Good shop, poor website. Ok for locals, but if you try to maintain a remote relationship post move, it gets tricky. Website purchases double price for P&P, and won't take Mastercard. You think their website would be streamlined and efficient after Lockdown. N

One of the best cigar shops on the planet, and I’ve been to a few. Not only is the selection on offer extensive, offering Cuban and new world cigars, but Ajay and the team go all out on customer care & service, and have a flair for an attention to detail, offering sound advice. Their online service is exceptional and equally as smooth, with shipments handled efficiently. I first class service all round.

This shop is an absolute gem. They have a very wide selection of cigars, cigarillos and related accessories. Prices are also much better than even some online retailers. I've only been here once and bought a pack of Montecristo Minis but will definitely be a regular customer. Thanks.

Great selection of cigars as expected. Owners are very friendly and experts in costs. You can also find huge selection in accessories and also gifts for cost lovers. They don't just sell cigarettes but this lifestyle as well. You can also enjoy your cigar in their tasting room downstairs.
