The burger has been so so had pieces of bone in the meat, little flavour. The presentation and restaurant decor is good, but thats pretty much it about this place, for same money if not cheaper I could go to GBK it would definitely be a better value. Napkins are made of cotton but where little bit dirty.

Terribly slow service....45 min waiting for 2 burgers. Had to tell the service to take it away. Do not recommend it at all if you have plans to do after eating

Food was lovely. Restaurant was quite and no real atmosphere, no music. The staff were friendly.

I have made a reservation online, and I was happy to be asked if it was a special occasion. It was our wedding anniversary soon to be ruined. The service was horrible. The starter was good but when the main came everything started to go wrong. The steak that was supposed to be rare was raw, bleeding all over the plate. We asked for drinks when the mains were served, the drinks were going to be served when we finished eating (we refused the drinks). We ordered desert, after 10 minutes waiting we were asked if we were waiting for the cheque. Another 10 minutes later I went up to the waiter and said that we just wanted to leave, we were not going to wait any more. The cheque came with service charge, that the waiter looked a bit surprised when I refused to pay. DON'T GO!

Visited Cau after a friend recommended it my self and my husband, we enjoyed every single moment as the service was very attentive and the steaks were perfectly cooked. We went with our servers recommendation and had the special sirloin that is spicy. The whole atmosphere was amazing and we felt very warm and welcoming. We will definitely visit soon but will make sure that we will bring our friends with us.

A decent breakfast let down by poor service. The breakfast, steak and eggs, was nice tasting although portion wise a bit small. But the poor service was particularly disappointing. With only 2 tables taken I waited ages to be seated. It then took 20 minutes to take my order, and the same time to pay the bill. When the waiter finally got to taking my credit card, he didn't say anything, e.g. "how was the meal", "how much should I put on". He just assumed a tip for himself and tried to do a contactless payment without asking permission.

Terrible booking experience (should have been a warning sign), terrible service, terrible food.Booked on the phone, received an email confirming the booking, 10 mins later another email to say it was cancelled. Called back and they said they were fully booked at our original requested time, 7.30 and the booking shouldn't have been taken, but they could do 7.45 - how is there space 15 mins later?!?!Waited for over 20 mins for drinks to arrive - the restaurant was 1/2 empty!Food was terrible, 2 steaks were cooked well done (requested medium rare). One of the group doesn't eat steak so ordered chicken, it was burnt, overcooked and dry. No one came and checked how the food was or we would have sent it back. After we finished, waited for over 30 mins for the plates to be cleared, again no one asked how the food was, despite over half the food left on 3 out of 4 plates.Tried to get the waiters attention to get the bill, ignored us multiple times (restaurant is still only 1/2 full). Eventually got the bill, they had put an extra round of drinks which we did not had.I don't normally write reviews, but I was so disappointed I couldn't not!

When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely man who gave us the option of which table to have. Sat down and ordered from a great menu. I can't fault the food, from the empanadas to the incredible steak and churros it was a great dinner. Unfortunately the staff were so uninterested the girl serving us was scowling the whole time, our table was right under the air conditioning, there wasn't any atmosphere and our bill came to over £100 and I don't think the overall experience was worth it. With more friendly staff, and nicer table settings it would be vastly improved.

Swung by for lunch and had Sunday Roast the next evening. Food is on the pricier side but I enjoyed every dish I had. The venue is sizeable with a modern atmosphere.

Great all rounder of a steakhouse. Amazing steaks. We reserved a table but when we arrived 45 mins early the manager was extremely accommodating and found us a spot then and there, despite the restaurant being full on a Saturday night. Being an all rounder means it won't please everyone all the time, but it's definitely a safe bet if you're after a good steak dinner.
