Chicago Pizza in City of London

I believe you need to be well drunk to choose a place like this to get a meal. We ordered through Deliveroo and the delivery was well pasted the 2 hours, pizza was almost frozen from the hanging around somewhere, wedges were not really edible anymore - our dog even refused to look at them - and Deliveroo didn't bother to look after this. Shambolic but as I said if you pass by and you are s**t face it might be working great for you.

staff is threatening costumers, offending them, also with rats in they're kitchen as ive been there to do an interview for rider for them and not only they offered me under the legal minimal wage but also saw they're kitchen inside and I would never personally eat in there. is discusting place and after working 15 for hospitality now I feel the need to close this place, they so out of law in there that is unreal. a normal pub would had been close by now, how is a kitchen with rats still opened? I feel pitty for the people that eat in here without knowing

Ordered and told 1 hour delivery after order which was long. Updated to 2-2:30 delivery after 45 minutes of waiting. Completely insane.

Called to make a delivery they said close @2:30am it's meant to be 4am

Went for chicken and chips take away, ended up with severe food poisoning. Chicken was rank. CAN'T RECOMMEND AT ALL. The Health Inspectors need to pay this place a visit, sooner rather than later.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I bought some food this evening and asked for a kebab with a small amount of chilli sauce and onion. When it arrived there was a small amount of onion and the kebab was swimming in chilli sauce after I had asked for a small amount. The kebab was inedible! We rang back to talk to them about it and the guy talking was adamant that I hadn't asked for small amount of chilli. After a little back and forth he sent another one as a wrap which was still swimming in chilli sauce. The guy who brought the replacement was also very rude! It's a shame that I can't give no stars cause this is what this place deserves. The other food that was ordered was mediocre at best.

Got bad food poisoning after eating their chicken wings. Worst tasting wing that I've had in London for sure. I've previously experienced bad customer service very rude, unapologetic people. 💯 Will NOT recommend.

Stay well clear from this place! Ordered Via Justeat which is another shambles of an App. Order arrived 1.5 hours after ordering and came wrong and cold with hair in the pizza! The only thing which was correct was the bottle of coke which is probably because the staff had no influence on how that's made!The staff are rude and delivery driver is over worked and said it's a norm!Shambles!

I really like the pizza from this place, I live nearby but have only recently started ordering from here as my usual pizza delivery place went downhill and often delivered cold burnt food.The pizza toppings are always fresh and good quality, the cheese is very nice and the base is nice, thin n crispy. The chicken wings are nice and tasty as well, can't comment on anything else from the menu as I haven't tried the other stuff yet. The delivery is always early and drivers are polite.I ordered via Justeat the first 2 times I ordered but will now order direct from the shop via phone as it's just as easy.Really happy with the service and the food so far.
