Classic Wok in City of London

Worst Chinese meal I have tasted in years. Tasteless soggy chicken in saturated batter, special fried rice was congealed and lacked veg......I could go on. Returned the meal and had to stand my corner before they very reluctantly partially refunded me. Bad attitude and lacking customer service skills.Never again.

Had a takeaway from here tonight. The food tasted of cat as if a cat had been running around the kitchen!!

Delicious Food! Ordered through ubereats, food came about right time, hot, tasty and pretty much perfect, all dishes we had were on point and I think this will be our new go-to takeaway.

Told my order would be an hour. Two hours later there’s still no delivery and I call the “restaurant” to cancel my order and they’re trying to barter with me as to how much I should pay with it being so late. So two hours later and a 50% discount the delivery driver tells me that they’d taken my order off of him and taken it back into the kitchen. Part of me wants to believe that they wanted to make sure the food was still good, the other part of me tells me to not eat it.

Don't be fooled by the good reviews on just eat or uber eats. Our food was schedule for a 45 minute delivery. The food still hadn't shown up after 95 minutes. Restaurant said the driver was stuck in traffic (on a Sunday night?! ). Offered to make new food but I didn't want to wait another hour and a half to receive it, if at all.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Unfortunately we waited over 2 hrs for our food. We called a number of times and staff were unhelpful, offering no solutions and continously told us 10 more mins. The food was cold when it arrived. Disappointing and won't use again

We use to order every week from this take away a year ago but in the last few months ots gone downhill. The quality of food, particularly the duck taste like scraps of pieces of skin and fat and its hard. Terrible food now so we will be looking for another takeaway. Even the customer service is poor.

Absolutely disgusting! Ordered around 19:00pm after hearing an overwhelmingly positive amount of good remarks for this restaurant. We ordered for my Dads Birthday and it's now almost 10pm and our order has not been recieved. The staff were so apologetic but offered no solutions or advice or compensations.

Good food but terrible service! Ordered food and waited an hour while being told the food was with the driver and on its way and then got told it was cancelled. When I rang to ask the shop. A actual child answered the phone and would not pass the phone to anyone else. Kept avoiding telling me what happened and then after being on the phone for 20 minutes she hung up! Horrible service!

Really disappointed the chips was hard and burnt . The special fried rice was like a sloppy stew and the duck was dry . The curry sauce was like water and the chicken was like rubber it's the first and the last time I will not be ordering again. When I phoned the restaurant to tell them about the food and said I wanted refund they said no that's the way we cook and no refund they were so rude . AVOID AVOID NEVER AGAIN
