One of the best Japanese restaurants in London!!!Absolutely incredible, the staff were so incredibly friendly and happy the atmosphere was great and the food was to die for. This isn't a super fancy restaurant, this is a perfect place to eat great food without paying through the nose. Could not rate it more.

Incredible food, but service is very average. The hot food arrived but we had to chase for our sashimi and sushi which never arrived. If they’d at least acknowledged us about the delay or they were short staffed that would have been fine, but when we asked for the bill 1hr and 45 minutes later and not be charged for the food that hadn’t been delivered they insisted that if the food had been prepared we would have to pay.

UNACCEPTABLE! Food quality was great but other than that VERY UNACCEPTABLE!Visiting London and friends said service and quality is good but complete opposite.Booked at 8:30 pm and got seated at 9 pm.Waitress kept forgetting our orders and had to keep asking for our sushi and sashimi on when it’s going to come out. Other customers got their sushi before us even when they got seated after us.Took over an hour for the food to come to the tableDISAPPOINTING!!!

Really good food! The sushi is really fresh! The crisp chicken is tender and full of flavour with the Mayo sauce. Also tried the fried prawns and they were amazing with the sweet dip. The food it’s self is 5 stars but I have given 4 as the service was not the best. Constantly reminding them to bring things and trying to catch there attention to order something. Spent 30 mins after the bill was received just to pay.

Gyoza, tempura and sushi rolls all absolutely delicious, sweet potato tart for dessert a definite recommendation! Service was great, atmosphere was lovely

Great ambience, Good price for Central London. The decor is very modern yet has a traditional touch. The lunch menu (I got the chicken katsu Don) was worth the money, and it came with miso soup and some starters. As it was lunch I wasn't able to sample too much alcohol but they have a massive alcohol menu ranging from sake to shochu! Definitely impressed at the sake selection.

At the time when I go to this restaurant is was only having 4.1 stars and I do not think this has do then justice. This is by far one of the most authentic and high quality Japanese restaurant I have had in London and as an Asian, I do think their quality is comparable with medium tier Japanese restaurants (not that they are bad, but it's just the standard in Asia is exceptionally high). They have excellent variety and fresh raw fish for sushi and sashimi, at the same time they manage their cooked food very well as well. It is necessary to appreciate a Japanese restaurant that manages to perform very well in both ends.Service was ok as it was very busy, but when they had the time they would serve take care of you and even take on request such as charging your phone for you.Happy to revisit this restaurant and have to say it is Asian approved.

We came here last weekend to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday and the staff went out of their way to make it special. The food is just delicious. Thank you so much.

We celebrated our wedding at Cocoro in their private Japanese-style room. They really went above and beyond to make it a memorable celebration! どうもありがとうございました

The staff that welcomed us was so sweet, the pricing is acceptable for a central london restaurant, they have a wide selection of alcohol but some of our food ordered was forgotten by the staff and the place can be cleaner😅 BUT the food quality is lovely when served fresh. The soup base for the ramen was a bit to strong for me but the sashimi rice was very good👏🏻
