Great location! Friendly staff. Unfortunately the hotel was worn down. Bed was not clean kept picking all sorts of hair from the bed and pillows. Bed is extremely uncomfortable. Floor is dirty. Absolutely not worth a 100£ per a night. This is not a 4 star hotel 2 stars at most.

The room wasn't clean, there was significant black mould in the bathroom in various places, the bathroom taps were in a very poor state. There were signifcant marks/damage all over the walls and floors. The decor was very badly dated. We were only supplied with one pillow each, the bed was on wheels and moved quite easily around the room on the cheap lino flooring. there was rubbish in the corridors, wallpaper peeling, quite frankly, i've stayed in hostels that were better maintained. Tried to complain but the staff weren't bothered and nobody responded to my emails. The location was very good and the breakfast was adequate however I would not stay here again.

The location is amazing right by Hyde park where you can wake up and go for a run and see the sights of the city or jump onto a bus or taxi and in less than 15 mins you’re in Oxford street shopping away. The exterior of the hotel looked so grand and so prestigious it was gorge and inside the lobby reminded me holiday hotels high ceilings and amazing decor. Was very disappointed with the old style rooms that had an old style everything. The contrast is quite bad lm afraid l remember walking into my room thinking what is this? The bed is an old style bed and even the phone handset. The bathroom was also dated and unfortunately l was very disappointed as from the outside l didn’t expect the inside to be like that. A revamp could do for this venue atleast to touch up the rooms and make them feel a bit modern. I only found out the next day that one could’ve upgraded to what did look like better rooms but that wasn’t offered by the reception. Breakfast the next day was amazing the food was cooked well and went down well. The staff where very friendly and accommodating. Everything else was ok just the inside of the rooms really

Hotel is clean, rooms are small. Check out is at 12pm which is great. Unfortunately they don't have the little signs that let house keeping know you are still cleaning. So house cleaning proceeded to check every half an hour. Defeated the whole purpose of a late check out for me to be honest... sigh

Great location with Hyde Park and the Tube on your door step. Jo in reception and the dinning room staff were friendly and helpful. No hesitation in recommending this Hotel.

Good hotel and good location. I particularly appreciated Mr Amara's help and professionalism. He was a great host and made our stay very enjoyable and smooth. Thank you Mr Amara.

I'm giving it 2 stars for the warm welcome from the staff, clean room (very fluffy white towels) and decent full English breakfast.Barely managed to get 3 hours sleep due to the paper thin walls and floors. My neighbour below coughed all night long and the occupant above snored like a trouper. Both appeared to be in concert with the traffic. I can now laugh about it but wasn't laughing the next morning.Give it a miss or take earplugs.

Excellent location, room was spotlessly clean as was bathroom. Yes the room is smaller than some but the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were fantastic, nothing too much trouble. A gluten free diet was no problem. Would stay here again.

If you want an easy clean hotel to stay at while you travel London this is the place. The breakfast is great and the customer service is very friendly. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is that the room was a little small. Not an issue if you don't plan to spend time in it.

This was a bit of a find as we did not previously know about the Corus Hyde Park. On arrival the hotel has an impressive check in desk and lounge area. Check in was quick and easy. The bedroom was on the small side and the bed was too but otherwise everything was in good working order. The hotel is situated near Hyde Park and is a short walk from Lancaster Gate tube station making it a good hub for getting around London. The hotel offers a great cooked breakfast which was plentifully maintained and frequently replenished and it is a big plus point when preparing a day long exploration in London. We were really impressed by the breakfast service and the staff were an absolute credit to the hotel. We take regular short trips to London and we may now have found a hotel that ticks all the boxes.
