Was served my Asharaf on Sunday morning, he was incredibly welcoming and upbeat. He offered great suggestion which I can't wait to try next time I able to stay in. Also, I have been to a number of Costa branches over London and this location beat them all!

Loved the Xma Purple Latte with Oat milk n shot of expresso, prepared by a very friendly helpful TEAM, (gave me tissue to pad my mug purchase. Decided to try milion dollar cakre too, which very rich and a little too sweet.

Worst latte ever! Could not taste the coffee, just a large amount of hot milk. The blueberry muffin was undercooked and hard on top. Should have gone to Pret a Manger.

I personally prefer taste and price of other barista but nonetheless a warm and welcoming coffe house with a plug or two for recharging devices. And a toilet facility which is always admired.

My favourite coffee shops, always a black americano, no milk or sugar, pure rocket fuel, just the thing to revive you after a long walk around the city of London, an oasis in the desert that the city has become, a good place to plan the next part of the journey,once revived onto view the sights I have grown up with and see differently from the tourists

I ordered a strawberry lemonade and let me tell you!!!! It tasted so good. I’ve really been missing on Costa. I don’t think I’ve ever ordered from Costa before but this will definitely not be my last. I shall be ordering from Costa often. I want to try more drinks!!!! Customer service was ok.

It's open for coffee, cakes and sandwiches for takeaway only. Although there is a lot of boarding outside the coffee shop and it looks closed, it is still open for business...

Disappointed... The staff give me card cup to drink my coffee... And they will put the cinnamon brioche in the bag to take away... Relaxed staff... I just want to stay in... Very very disappointed!!! I paid almost around 11£ to drink my coffee in a card cup!!!!!

What's wrong with the people arround here ? So much frustration. You gently enter the coffee, happiness surround you, you have a great day. You walk toward the staff and give a kind hello. The guy is staring at you, saying nothing, not even a tiny smile. The guy was definitely broken inside. In the same day 2 drivers buses were also broken. London broke people ? Well get a new life I don't know but stop ruining others people days.
