Nice coffee shop in the heart of the banking district..good selection of food and drinks

Very busy coffee shop in the mornings. Staff are all over the place, but they do get their orders right most of the time. Sometimes they will serve the person behind you, but it is not the end of the world, I suppose. Like I said they are super busy. Staff are quick and basic politeness will be provided to all clients. If you don't have any other options, it is OK to come here. They are located right outside of Monument station, nearby the London Bridge, hence the business of the place.

Disgusting customer service from both ladies (management and staff). Very, VERY rude and condescending to customers and treated one man like rubbish until he walked out in disgust, then laughed at him, causing other customers to walk out.Come on Costa Coffee, you can do better than these people you have working for you.

In love with their hot chocolate. Just a perfect blend of milk and chocolate. I know it sounds easy but very few get it right 😅Oh, they also sell M&S food, which is a lovely steal. Do try their almond biscottis

Was served my Asharaf on Sunday morning, he was incredibly welcoming and upbeat. He offered great suggestion which I can't wait to try next time I able to stay in. Also, I have been to a number of Costa branches over London and this location beat them all!

Loved the Xma Purple Latte with Oat milk n shot of expresso, prepared by a very friendly helpful TEAM, (gave me tissue to pad my mug purchase.Decided to try milion dollar cakre too, which very rich and a little too sweet.

I ordered a strawberry lemonade and let me tell you!!!! It tasted so good. I’ve really been missing on Costa. I don’t think I’ve ever ordered from Costa before but this will definitely not be my last. I shall be ordering from Costa often. I want to try more drinks!!!! Customer service was ok.

It's open for coffee, cakes and sandwiches for takeaway only. Although there is a lot of boarding outside the coffee shop and it looks closed, it is still open for business...

Disappointed... The staff give me card cup to drink my coffee... And they will put the cinnamon brioche in the bag to take away... Relaxed staff... I just want to stay in... Very very disappointed!!! I paid almost around 11£ to drink my coffee in a card cup!!!!!
