Crystal Kebab - Kings Cross in City of London

Very bad customer service, asked for cash only where is store shows that they take credit cards. He suggested to use even the ATM. I have asked him why he didn’t tell us when we ordered- he explained internet is slow for card processing.I think he is simply dodging tax and food was not that tasty either. I will expect local authorities look into the matter soon.

Don't ever ever go to this place very very rude owner I have ever seen in UK. Even the prices are so expensive for very small portion or chicken or meat. You can just go around the corner and get some more cheaper and better customer service

Genuinely foul. Charged us £23 for a hallumi wrap and chicken nuggets and chips but kept loading chips into the bag, and when we said we didn’t order that he just said ‘yes you did’ and kept going. Wouldn’t mind if the chips were decent, but I think it was literally the worst takeaway I’ve ever had.

As a standard customer- purchasing their product and waiting by the entrance once received food. Not disturbing any other customers from coming in and ordering and being faced with the owners disgusting language and clear lack of customer service to be shouting and yelling. Definitely very rude customer service and people.

Easily the worst food and the most appalling attitude from staff I have encountered in 25 years of living in London.AVOID the greasy over-priced food and arsy service. This place is busy only because if its location and its usual drunken and unfussy clients. Awful place. staff are terrible,

Customer service is really bad. Not clean at all. Rude staff. When I ask to put the kebab into a takeaway box they asked me to pay £2 extra and wrap it in a paper gave gave me. Will not recommend.

Unbelievably shocked by the workers behaviour. He’s rude and doesn’t listen to what you say. Ordered a wrap for 9£ thinking I would get chips with it turns out I didn’t. Will never order from there again. Same thing as the others GO MCDONALDS

Ordered a large Adana Kebab in a box with salad and chilli sauce. Grilled fresh and very flavoursome. Really pleased with portion size too. Will be back.

I understand it is not the law to wear masks or socially-distance, but cramming people in and not even allowing customers to queue, wait or order from outside is irresponsible. They've lost another customer.

Honestly I don't get all the bad comments, shopkeeper was nice and attentive, the open kitchen place was quite clean and sleek. And food was ready quickly. Portion is super huge for this price, and meat is tender, server also gives generous portions for sauce.
