Cuppacha in City of London

Helpful lady at the tills was patient with my friend who was trying out the tea for the first time. Plenty of choice. 4 stars bc my Earl grey milk tea tasted like plain black tea. Was nice but not what I expected.

I got the tarot tea with regular ice, regular sugar with the tapioca pearl. A little bit of a que before you order. And then you have to wait a few minutes to collect your order. But I liked how it tasted. It was okay

Got a white peach oolong with lychee jelly and tapioca pearl . It was delicious. The prices are reasonable for London bubble tea and service was efficient. The wait wasn’t so long and I’d come back again.

Exercise customer service very good and happy with all the customer but when I walked in and asked for tea they look at me and askd if I wanted bubble tea but they only had bubble tea.Idk I might as well go to Paris and ask for a salad.I then asked for a bag and She said that I look like a he/she pineapple pizza which they said thank you .Overall I love this place and I will definitely bring my cars. VROOOMMMM

A rather long queue and wait time for drinks to be ready. I waited 18 mins from receipt time to the time number was called. However, delicious drinks and friendly service.My favourite bubble tea I've tried yet.

Talked like strawberry squash. They had ran out of bubbles if you can believe it! I was asked to wait outside until my drink was prepared - very inconvenient. Flavour was weak. Not with the money at all. There are far, far better bubble tea shops within a stone's throw - and they have bubbles!

Amazing bubble tea. I had my first one ever here and I'm not regretting this whatsoever. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to give it a try. The queue may be a bit long but it's definitely worth a wait!

The original bubble tea was very bitter and I even asked for regular sugar but I dont think it was because of the sugar I think they left the tea bag in there for so long I was really disappointed. The mango passion fruit bubbletea was amazing and Delicious. The ombre bubble tea Was really beautiful and satisfying I couldn't believe the colours but the taste was not really a wow factor. glad they are enforcing social distancing rules in the shop but it's quite annoying that everyone has to wait outside at least let 3 people maximum inside because outside is too crowded and cramped up and there are many other shops right next to the shop so it makes it confusing.

I wasn't sure what the hype was about so I had to find out.The queues during weekends are a mile long so didn't bother trying to get in. I bought my first bubbletea on a weekday and despite being practically empty, I still had to wait a good few minutes,when I realised the secret of long queues. The service is quite slow!The bubble teas are no different from the other shops around. Infact, the bubbleteas I bought from Mintea and HappyLemon were better. But, I love bubbleteas, so I wouldn't mind visiting this place again, just didn't think it was anything special.

Great bubble tea and pretty popular. There was a bit of a queue seeing as the sun was out but was very refreshing. They have a couple of ombre bubble tea flavours as well which i have not seen elsewhere. The passionfruit green tea is pretty good though.
