CUT at 45 Park Lane in City of London

The best steak dinner ever. Service was flawless. Ambience was amazing and the food was sublime.

Great rooms. Amazing views. Very comfortable suites and elegant. Very spacious and clean. Comfortable and cosy. Love to stay here all the time. Relaxed and enjoyable. Amazing swimming pool. Love to relax in the pool. Very nice and sophisticated.

Very cosy and personal feeling hotel. The staff couldn’t have been more attentive during our stay always helping us with our shopping and remembering our names.

They are lucky to have such fantastic steak that I won’t sacrifice a star for the service. I must say, they know their meat. Absolutely tasty and oh so tender. Oysters and seafood not so much. I would avoid that here. Nice cocktails! And very very slow and non attentive service, sadly. For such an expensive restaurant I’d expect better.But hey, the steak was *****

Probably not as good as the LA cut, but better than the one in Las Vegas. I would not recommend the Japanese expensive cuts unless you are going for a tiny portion. Go with the Australian Wagyu for sure. Better value and, believe it or not, better taste.Cut is my go to restaurant in London.

We were having a lovely evening and then 4 men were sat next to us who started swearing and using the C word repeatedly and being disrespectful of women. We talked to the manager who acknowledged he had heard them and it was unacceptable but said that he couldn’t do anything about it. It ruined our evening and we felt we had to leave part way through our meal given what we were hearing from this group. It is shocking that the management felt unable to do anything and allow this abuse to happen

Great service, great food! Must say, the best service I've ever received at a restaurant. Very attentive to your needs to make sure you're comfortable, especially when seated outside as we were greeted with blankets etc. Very polite and professional. Will visit again!

Lovely food. We had the set menu and had a good time. Feel it lacks variety in the vegetable side dishes but we had one of the salad starter as side.

Visited this restaurant yesterday with friends from abroad. Was very disappointed is an understatement. Was expecting a fabulous meal considering it is part of the respected Dorchester collection of Hotels.Considering it is called 'Cut at 45' one would have expected impeccable meat and cooking of steaks. It was the priciest steak I have ever had but also the worse tasting. I had to return my order as meat looked burnt and dry, to add insult to injury the staff were trying to palm me off by telling me that the brown meat is actually pink and it is only due to bad lighting I can't see. I insisted they cook another steak, second order was not much better. Food took over 30 minds to come to the table after order.Could not order any starters as nothing suitable and did not bother with desserts.Bill was very very high and service was very very slow.I would a stay well clear if you know what good food and good service is.
