Deli Mama in City of London

Fast service even during peak (lunch) time and reasonably priced. Their Katsu Curry is the best I’ve had in London (I love Katsu curry so I’ve tried it at several places).In the evenings, they often have prices reduced on their sushi (fridge section).

Quick service and portion sizes were ok, but the food was horrible. I'm not one to waste food but I didn't want to finish this.I had the ginger pork with white rice, where they gave fairly generous portions of the pork but also drowned the rice in the sauce. It looked decent but the sauce was sickly sweet, so the rice and whole food tasted like it was engulfed in sugar syrup, which is not what I want to be having for lunch.Unless you enjoy your lunch mixed with a sweet dessert, definitely avoid this dish! I didn't want to waste the food so I finished most of it, but I felt sick afterwards and was craving something salty/savoury!

An incredible gem in the city! The best Katsu Curry Chicken I’ve tasted and very generous portion sizes. The friendly service and smiles won’t be the only thing you come back for!

Staff is friendly and price is reasonable. However food aint so good. Chicken stick looks big but most of them just batter. It's not proper Chinese/Korean /Japanese food... It's hard to find a decent koeran food for lunch nearby.

Tried this place for the first time. Went there on someone's recommendation. Large portion is generous. There is a small seating area, which is adequate for sitting down to eat lunch. View from the seated area does stare straight and a very badly painted windowsills. However my katsu curry was really rather good and I'd say it was as good as Wagamamas. I got offered a choice of several rice and noodle options to go with my currym service was pretty quick too. My only criticism of the place was my portion was so big it was spilling out the side of the carton. You should also be aware that the seating is all in one line, so no private table.

Good portion and good price, but most of all, good taste!!! The sushi is really fresh and good quality given the price, and the Korean dishes are quite authentic and good tasting as well. Better than most other japanese places that claim to have Korean dishes...

This place becomes incredibly busy at lunchtime but the staff serve everybody with lightning speed. The pumpkin katsu curry is the best pumpkin katsu I have ever tasted, it's very filling and leaves room for nothing else. It's a great place to go to on a Friday although there is lift limited room inside to sit down. This place has great vegetarian and vegan options.

I have been here a couple of times and was ready to leave a positive review as the food in the past has been tasty and relatively cheap for the portion size.However on my last visit I became violently ill after eating a chicken katsu curry.During eating I noticed hair in my food after finding one in my mouth as well as finding the chicken undercooked. Later that night I began to have stomach cramps which lead to vomiting and some other unmentionable symptoms.I am certain it was DeliMama that made me ill as it was the only thing I ate that day and was quite evident from the vomiting.Stay away from here if you value your health.

This has made me sick... The portion was very generous, however the quality of the food is horrendous. Half of my meal was just dirty, recycled oil. The food tasteless, the chicken looked appealing however once you bite into it very hard. I obviously could not finish this, after few bites I just had to give up. I was going to just pretend that this meal never happened, but now an hour later I feel physically sick in my stomach. If you treat your body as temple, this is definitely not the place to visit!

Extremely filling portions! Decent food for the prices. The sushi is recommended here in my opinion.
