A pretty run of the mill bar that does cocktails (happy hour between 6&8pm) & weak watery bottles of beer at stupid prices (£7 for a little bottle). Had a private work event here & was served a pretty poor finger buffet that probably cost a fortune. Totally unimpressed & won"t be coming back. Can't see how they can justify their prices.

Dirty.. Martini is very app from the food to the ladies facilities. The Birdcage selection tasted of dirty old oil and the fries were even worse. Several members of our group had a nasty bout of food poisoning for a few days after, not helped by the blue/green food. Dirty went into the ladies too. Need to work on cleaning standards. Drinks were watered down or if not certainly tasted week. Very poor and not worth the expense

Class! Very welcoming. Staff were exceptional. More than accommodating for the engagement part we went to. Only negative was single whisky and coke was £11.30... yeah bit much

Exceptionally disappointed that our valentines group booking was cancelled by them 4 days before our big event. We had organised a singles event and everything was fine at first. We even called ahead to increase the size of our booking from 50 to 60 people. After they accepted the booking they tried to act helpful and ask some more questions. They asked if they could help with anything and when we mentioned it was our own ticketed event they cancelled on us, and the person we spoke to, 'K' was exceptionally rude, and made it all about her. They insinuated that they had asked us prior if it was a ticketed event which was absolute nonsense. It was only after the booking was increased did they inquire if it was our own ticketed event, under the guise that they were trying to help us in some way. I have the email as evidence. Not somewhere we will ever book again. We used The Folly in Monument instead so if you would rather have a venue where the staff are friendly and take good care of you, that is the location to choose.

Amazing service for the bottomless brunch! Would definitely recommend, staff were lovely and I can’t wait for my next visit!

Part of a group of three people but we were wearing nice suits as we had come from a themed party. Security took one look at us and insisted you had to prebook to get in that night. Kinda funny considering no questions were asked of the normally dressed ladies in front of us *shrugs* had a great night in the club next door instead.

Went on a Monday afternoon/evening.Quite quiet, which suited our group so we could sit and chat.Drinks and food were good, although only vegetarian options available when we were there.Service was good, worth a visit

It's a nice venue, but they need better customer service. It didn't feel like many of the staff were happy to be there. The DJ was pretty awful too..

Booked for 18 people, email said 18 people, paid £100 deposit. We were admitted 15 minutes late due to full venue, then told we'd only booked for 10 and made us all squeeze around 2 tiny tables. Then told off for asking for more chairs even after showing the manager the email. Absolute disgrace. If you can't accommodate us then don't take the booking. So uncomfortable.

A good place to go when it's happy hour. The cocktails are delicious and the service is pretty good here. They come to your table if you have reserved. The atmosphere is quite vibrant so if you are looking for a quiet cocktail, happy hour and quiet won't mix. Seats are comfortable and little cosy booths are avaliable. My favour if was the kiwi cocktail! Yummy!
