Dixy Chicken in City of London

Dixy Chicken is a fast food chain that specializes in halal chicken. Food is tasty and crispy. The company was founded by two British Pakistanis, who offered halal versions of products found in McDonald's and KFC. It is owned by an English company, SABT2 Limited. Dixy Chicken was founded in 1986, and has 110 outlets within the United Kingdom.

Run by Asians but Asian customers get treated poorly. No thank you or please only reserved for non Asian customers. I sat there for 40 minutes noticed the guy only gave a choice of sauces to non Asians. But non Asians had to ask. Self hating. Plus side food has improved

This place behave very good to white customer but act badly to Asian. Very sad I notice they allowed white man to sit down after hours. Asian man who came before was refused a seat and told takeaway only! Racism to Asians

Burgers were decent could of been more fresher. Chips were good as well but very messy tables chilli sauce all over the place

Personally for me I’ve never had a bad experience here as customer service has always been good. Strip burgers and the wings are nice here (wings can be pink sometimes inside but have never been sick or had food poisoning here honestly) good for a quick bite to eat!

This place has the stingiest people at the front. My mom came home and they charged £2 for half a box of chips, half a box. Two stars because the food was quite good but overpriced.

Chicken fries 🍗 were good but chips 🍟 were too thin and smelly😢. Affordable and cheap!! Employees were good

I tried chicken wings at several Dixy chicken shop in London. But this Dixy is the best. Honestly, I didn’t find the reason. Their chicken wings is really tasty. But I didn’t like their burger.Service is average. It’s a busy place. The place is not cleaned all the time. This is an area to focus and improve.Recommended 👌👌👌

Avoid this place. They give you stale food!! It's the worst dixy I've ever eaten at. I ordered burgers and they gave me pre-cooked ones, cold and stale. Really they should fry them when the customer orders them. This was my first and last time here. Never going to eat here ever.

The normally decent chicken and chips shop let me down... to be honest been here a few times and they have never been consistent every time has been a different experience.... I got cold wings and the chicken was cold inside the burger (probobally the rack was not working or something was wrong)... this made me realise why this shop was closed by health inspectors a little while back they have to realise food is being served for human consumption and if something is wrong the food should not be served, this is not acceptable. I have given 2 stars as I have had yummy food here before otherwise it would have been a zero stars
