Docklands Fried Chicken in City of London

Eat here every day when I'm at work, food is always tasty and fresh! Thank you!

The guys have no hygiene standards and don't have a clue in cooking doner properly I never see them wash the hands hygiene needs looking into we need gorden Ramsey to go and help them

The quality of the wings and the fries, that I tried is absolutely horrific. The wings were odd tasting and greasy to the point that it was just a sticky mess. The frozen fries have spent less than a minute in the oil.

Decent food can't go wrong just don't go at night food is nt always fresh

I like the food from this place however one of the workers there is so rude, very bad customer service which is the reason for the low rating!

Dirty place with an ignorant staff. Sauce bottles, tables are full of grease. Chicken wings I got was seems kept in the hot food display for a long time. It was very oily. Menu is also weird. Meal deals don't have a drink included. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Very nice food good price friendly staff. We normally have chicken and chips 2 piece of chicken cost only £2.50 it’s a bargain. I love the place. Food taste awesome. Kids love it too. Easy to park you car and pick up. You order by phone.

The chips snd chilli sauce were nice but the chicken burger was completely pink inside.When i complained they said that there's nothing they can do because all the burgers are cooked the same time. And then threw my meal away.So i responded by questioning if all their burgers were undercooked and they said "I don't know, but customers will buy them anyway." After thorough debate, the lady out front was adamant the burgers were cooked all the same, and admitted that they are undercooked.The lady out front is filthy and rude. From when we walked in and enquired about prices, she was very unwelcoming.She sneezed twice in the cooking area and didnt cover her mouth, then she wiped it with her hand and did not wash them.The tables were dirty. We had been sitting a while, and they hadn't cleaned them. And the bin was full, so there was no where for the rubbish to go.Also, the wings were dripping with grease.

Tastes okay but the fried chicken wasn't probably handled after fried. The bread wear off badly.
