Great store but Dolly’s let it down. Too much tea leafs in the pot. It was stewed.

·

Such a marvellous experience. Lovely tea, fresh warm scones and the sandwiches were delicious. The service was exemplary and the staff were very accommodating to what we wanted to order. I hope to visit again soon. Thank you. :)

I had a very pleasant experience here. The tea was excellent and the scones were warm and "fluffy". I had just had a nasty experience and they were kindness itself to me.

·

Had a lovely lunch today the staff are amazing so friendly and daughter celebrating belated birthday due to covid was made by fuss of and complimentary birthday cake cardThankyou for a beautiful experience

·

Good and prompt service. The food is good however the cafe is located beneath the escalators. We had one set of cutlery for sandwich with salad and cream cakes. The vegan cream cake was amazing!

We came here after shopping around Selfridge, we ordered their classic tea set, a short cake, and some drinks. I like how they have 3 different tea sets, differing in portions, so you don't have to be very hungry to order a classic three layered tea sets. I would recommend their short cake, quite tasty, but if you don't like frosting, then maybe you don't like it as much. Usually there is a short wait, so be prepared for that, if you are in for a hurry, might not be the best choice.

The afternoon tea was great choice to have after a busy day. I enjoyed the scones and the sandwiches much more than the cake. The cream and jam are so good.

·

Afternoon tea it's not worth it - price value for two it's a bit of a rip off, food isn't that great or tasty. Probably best option would be to get a piece of cake and drink. Always has queues so be prepared to wait.

·

Service was acceptable. The eclair was £7.50 which is so overpriced. The scones in cream tea were slightly stale. Wouldn’t return here.

We have five people and we only have one square table which is usually for two people. It’s not a nice experience for tourists or local people anyway. Ordered five tea set and only three tea pots can be place on table. Very very very very crowd.
