I love this place! Finally got a pod outside! Just in time for my sisters graduation. The heating was lovely…. Being January I was glad it was working!Cocktails were great! Also the wine list was extensive and fairly priced. The food was amazing as always. I always tend to pick the best food according to my sister!

Really great views of the Thames! The breakfast menu is varied and the quality of the food is top notch. Great customer service and friendly staff. The igloos are sun traps and feel very relaxed to sit in. The only thing is that the table is too big for the space and you end up very far from your party and have to stoop to walk around it.

Great ambience and superb views of Tower Bridge and the Thames. The igloos are a charming and cozy spot for lunch or dinner with a few friends. Food and drinks are generally good, especially the crispy fried squid and the crab linguine. Staff are warm and friendly. Location is great being only 4mon walk from Tower Hill tube station.

They open at 11am. Whilst there is no set breakfast/brunch menu they have fantastic coffee and desserts combining these with some of there appertisers and a drink makes for a great brunch. We booked one of the igloos winter 2021 and had a fantastic time they were decorated well and the views were amazing. Great experience all around. Very easy to travel to.

5.12.2021Pre-booked a table for two to dine outside for an early evening dinner after seeing so many photos on Instagram, clearly expecting great things. However, it didn’t live up to the hype in the slightest. The location was the only thing which credits the restaurant (aside from the front of house staff who greeted us upon arrival) the rest was subpar and the service, diabolical - and I do not complain about places.Food was okay - nothing special. Prices were as you would expect. The setting outside was fair enough, cool (we were offered an inside table) but the views of Tower Bridge and The Shard were mainly keeping us there. Service was quick - much too quick, we felt rushed and undervalued - the bill wasn’t cheap. It all arrived in good time but there was a massive gap between starters and mains arriving with no check backs or offers for further refreshments. We were sat beside two other groups inside the VIP pods so it was loud as you’d expect for Christmas parties but then we saw a number of rats running in and out of the domes as the staff attended to the doors and watched as they scuttled about the terrace. Somebody pointed this out to the staff and the staff laughed and shrugged - no sense of concern in a place where people are dining. We were then halfway through mains and a member of staff was having a bit of a disagreement with another member or staff (presumably the shift leader) regarding the two groups being unhappy at being asked to leave before their allocated time had run out. We then heard the staff member in question say really loudly “and have you told these two tables they have to leave?” looking towards us.I fully appreciate having a 2 hour time slot on a table and appreciate that it was Sunday, but it was 8pm, the restaurant was half empty, they had over 3 hours until close and we hadn’t been there for an hour. The whole meal and the atmosphere was ruined by this and we don’t make a habit of eating out often. This was a booking we had made upon planning a trip to London for the week so the whole thing was well below expectations. We were then left sat there for quite a while and the staff member in question came over to our table and asked if we were finished. I said we weren’t and pointed out that my partner was still eating - her mouth full at the time. He picked up the plate of food and put his fingers INSIDE of the bowl the fries were in and placed it down on the table for her to finish. His hands were filthy being outside and cleaning tables and during Covid, isn’t at all what we expect. So much so that she left the rest of the meal.We would’ve ordered dessert and more drinks but the whole service left a sour taste in our mouth. We waited 15 minutes to attract the waiters attention and asked for the bill and then the serving staff who we had a bad experience with came to take payment.I was checking the receipt and he wouldn’t even allow me to look at the bill to verify everything was correct - he was thrusting the card machine at me. I paid and he stood with his back to me the whole time, talking to another colleague and laughing. He then ripped off the receipt and slammed it down on the table and walked off. No “thank you” no “goodnight” nothing. We got our coats and left.I’ve never experienced service like it.I work in hospitality so I’m fully aware that this isn’t right. There’s no excuse. I would’ve asked to take the service charge off which at 12.5% considering the hefty bill, it didn’t reflect the quality of the service we received and honestly left the restaurant fuming and hungry - went to Tesco and bought a sandwich as I was still hungry - the food didn’t fill us up as we didn’t have the full experience we’d intended on and honestly wish we hadn’t of bothered.Should’ve gone to the Wetherspoons opposite our hotel at least you know what you’re getting there. One star was for the location which is the only selling point of this restaurant for us. Had friends visiting London later in the month and I’ve already told them not to bother coming here.

Lovely setting, sat outside on a sunny but cold day, thankfully were able to make use of the beautiful pods they have. Nice array of teas to choose from. Unfortunately they didn't have any takeout cups though. Oh and friendly pleasant staff. Great experience will be back. Also beautiful view to take in.

The ambience was great and the waitress was nice, though we didn't managed to get reservations for the pod, it was offered to us till the time reservations for the next. The guy serving us was very attentive to details doing all the extra mile. The starter was good but steak was average.

Really delicious food, and excellent prices for a restaurant right on The Thames. The staff were helpful, the menu had a lot to choose from. The igloos are a fantastic novelty - minimum spend of £35 per person when in an igloo, but that's easy to hit with a 2 or 3 course meal and a couple of cocktails. I would highly, highly recommend this restaurant.(If eating in an igloo at night or in the winter, there are heaters, so don't worry about being cold.)

We were walk-ins hoping just for a drink or two, but the restaurant was so comfy, the drinks so tasty, and the lure of the dishes on the menu so tempting that we stayed for many drinks, sharing starters, then mains, and finally dessert! Service was absolutely brilliant - we felt so welcome. Food was delicious - creative, well-executed dishes that were high quality. It's not the cheapest meal, but you're in beautiful surroundings and a stunning and welcoming restaurant decor. This was well worth it.
