Drunch in City of London

Came here for brunch. The guy showing us our table was very rude. he did not greet us and it took us forever to find out that we have to open the menu on our phones because nobody told us. The rest of the service was okay, not good, but okay. Food was great! I will definitely come back to Drunch in mayfair but not this one, I am very hurt and disappointed in the guy that showed us to our table. Also, the table was wiggling. We wanted to sit at another table but the same guy from the beginning said that they were booked. when we left, all the tables were still empty. And the toilets were disgusting. Very dirty.

Very good food. The burger was really good, the sweet potato fries are also delicious. Kind waiters. Nice ambiance too.

Picturesque brunch place with beautiful food presentation. We sat outside, with heaters on. Although the food looks good on pictures, they taste average, like misses the mark. The pancakes were too dry and the açaí bowl was too sweet. Nonetheless, it’s a pretty place to visit.

Took Mrs for brunch...lovely location, great service and food delicious. All items halal...we had the full English. We were served by Angelina who was very attentive and provided a great service. Also provided complimentary ginger apple shot which was great.

One of the best English breakfasts out there. It was such a nice brunch, very delicious. Amazing service. Thank you to everyone, especially Angelina, made our experience so much more incredible. Absolutely loved the whole experience.

I was very excited to go here with my friends. However, too many of our dishes had hair in (we counted 3) and one of our main dishes was completely missed off. The cocktails were not very nice. The only positive was the service from the waiters.

We came here with 7 moms and 6 babies for brunch during the week and it was amazing. We had a few cocktails and the burger and I was pleasantly surprised that the food was very good. The cocktails were outstanding along with the service we received. Highly recommend

The food was not of the standard I expected for an expensive place. Was not a fan of the lamb shank, flavour wasn’t quite what I thought. Steak was better than the lamb shank however. Staff were not bad. Interesting looking water jugs.

The food service is dreadful. Main dish came after like an hour.I ordered steak, the steak is quite sad. No garnish at all. Very chewy, albeit pink inside, shows it’s a poor cut. The fries is a bit soggy, but it’s ok.The service is all over the place. A waiter is quite confused, don’t know who ordered what.Polite as it was, I didn’t enjoy the place a bit.

Had the most wonderful time at this beautiful spot!! The décor is immaculate and the coffees are stunning!! The food was good - beautifully presented. The manager Chris was so attentive, friendly and made us feel so taken care of!! Would absolutely go back for this reason!!!
