Espressamente Illy in City of London

If I would want espresso in a huge paper cup I would buy from costa. Seem to have lots of (dusty) proper cups for show only... Saying that, the coffee was nice. Pitty the initial smell of overheated plastic coating ruined the mood

Overpriced and poorly made.Paid £19 for a cappuccino , espresso, ciabatta. & croissant.Coffee was poor and the ciabatta wasn’t heated properly.

Plenty of mugs for decoration purposes only. You will get only paper cups. Coffee badly done despite having illy coffee.

Nothing about the coffee, it’s a good chain. But the staff of this spot is very relaxed...not so customer service oriented. Also be careful when counting your change.

The ciabatta bread used in your sandwiches lacks substance and chewiness. A bit more filling too please.

The chocolate croissant is 12 days old. Very expensive as well. Avoid.

Fine as expected. They have nice warm paninis and birra Moretti on tap.
