First time I tried out this chain, won’t be back and will def not recommend to friends. Extremely rude staff, when I asked for sugar whilst already sitting at my table, they rolled their eyes and pointed to the takeaway sugar counter at the other side of the cafe. I had to go and fetch it by myself. Then when they came around saying it was 10min to closure time, the waitress looked at my tea and made comment as I was not done drinking it yet and I had to hurry up?! Food wise I tried ham/cheese sandwich.. very dry and tasteless affair… they definitely need to improve standards, loads of better competition in the area

I really enjoyed my time here. They have delcious variety of breakfast items as well as coffees. The staff are friendly and your order will be on your table without any delay. It is well-decorated with lovely day light. Highly recommended.

Coffee was bland, venue had an unpleasant aroma, not its usual atmosphere & standards.Staff lacked enthusiasm, I'd give them all a weeks holiday and a pay rise.

My experience was terrible. One staff member was rude for no apparent reason. Very judgmental in her tiny brain. Teens are more mature than this person. I had to walk out. She facial expressions that do not belong in customer service. Their hiring should be better. I won’t be returning.

Looked like a lovely place, so thought I'd pop in for a coffee as I was walking past. I wish I hadn't bothered. The staff member who took my order came across that he couldn't really be bothered to take my order and was told they were closing in 20 minutes. I acknowledged they were closing shortly, placed my order and went to pay. I pulled out my purse and tried to pay in cash, the same staff member just looked at me and quite rudely said "no cash". I paid by card and waited for my coffee. Coffee arrived and I realised there was no sugar on the table. I asked for some sugar and in turn received an eye roll and asked if I wanted brown or white. This staff member was so unfriendly and based on my experience, I will never visit here again.

Well priced but average food, coffee was decent. Interior looks nice but the staff was just plain rude and didn't care to help out much at all. Won't be coming back.

Very nice and calm environment in the middle of Islington's Upper Street. You can find a great coffee with a great service. Parking a bit of problem in week days however weekends are fine. Exept Arsenal match days.

Beautiful place the coffee was to die for and the millefeuille was just amazingly delicious, but the staff was a bit cold and the toilet was just disgusting.

Pretty tasty good although slightly overpriced for the standard. I like how they heat their savoury food. I had the Mediterranean roll which was pretty good. The ultimate hot chocolate wasn't anything special and definitely wasn't worth four pounds. It was bitter, which was expected considering the coco percentage, but not thick and creamy enough to equalise the bitterness so it just tasted like a disappointment. The orange and vanilla cheesecake however was incredible! It was creamy and incredibly rich and the portions size was enough to prevent it from becoming sickly. Would defiantly recommend the pastries.
