Frankie & Benny's in City of London

We went in before the show The Lion King. We were immediately seated , our order was taken with good suggestions from the waiting staff. Within 10 minutes we were served 5 mains and drinks etc. We were really impressed with their quick service.Food was at its best as usual, very fresh and flavourful and tasty.All in all a very good experience.

The staff are very polite and professional, even went out of their way to try and get me the sauce I like that they dont use anymore.The food was hot and good quality and came out the kitchen quick but not so quick that you question if its freshly cooked.Staff were available when needed but not hovering over your shoulder.

Absolutely first class! Our waitress was so lovely despite being incredibly busy. Her attentiveness didn't faulter and nor did her lovely, friendly attitude. Food was delicious and we also rather enjoyed the cocktails too! Would highly recommend a visit if you're in the area.

Went here for my sons birthday but could get a table along with another 15 people in the line outside in the cold yet everyone in the line had a booking. Staff didn’t come and speak to anyone or explain no one got fed and people were waiting for over an hour after their booking time. Bit of a shocker! Don’t eat here if you have theatre as you may go hungry.Sorry I can’t review the food as we didn’t get to eat as we left after 45 minutes waiting in the cold outside.They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Fast service and food served quickly and hot. Friendly staff listened to our needs, all attended to our wishes with lovely smiles. Best Frankie and Benny's especially for the staff (shout out to Rui the manager and Conchita who served us) ☺️

Food was absolutely delicious, now my new favourite place to eat. We arrived an hour earlier for our booking and the staff were nice enough to let us in early. Would recommend

Amazing experience. Visited with friends and had pizza and pasta. Would recommend to visit if you are near by this place and try some food here. Comfortable sitting too.

I went here when I took my mother to see Lion King. I remembered that the service was good and as I was taking my daughter to see Mamma Mia, decided we would go there again. They offer a Gluten Free Menu and the staff are able to advise, if like me you also have other intolerances. Service was pretty quick and the staff were always friendly and polite, even though when we went it was very busy.The potion size was more than my daughter was expecting, but made for a very welcomed meal after a busy day "up town" celebrating her turning 18! Thank you F&B!

What a lovely lunch! Conchita my waitress was so sweet and very attentive. She recommended drinks, made sure my food was OK made my birthday lunch great. Keep up the good work! As you can see it all went down well!

I had a very pleasant experience having a wake up breakfast at Frankie & Benny's, the staff are lovely and very helpful and good mood vibe with American music and a fantastic huge brekkie that was delicious. Perfect start to my day. Recommended.
