Not good.Waited ages to be served. One starter turned up. Then when our pizzas finally arrived , my focaccia starter turned up at the same time. It was incredibly dry. We asked for some oil. . My daughter waited a further ten minutes for her starter. The pizzas were soggily based and a struggle to eat.Normally I eat like a horse but couldn’t face the consequences of eating semi cooked food so left most of it.

Abrupt service. We were not even shown to a table. Delay in taking drinks order and then food order. Waited over and hour, while we continually enquired as to where our food was as we had waited so long. We were kept being told 'I'll ask the manager' never got a response as to how long it would be. Had a show booked so had to leave without receiving any food after 1 and half hours. Ruined and long awaited trip to London while visiting family. Be warned the service is terrible! Can't comment on the food, never got any.

We went there on Saturday 12/2/22. Was a little busy. The service was a normal service in a confusing day.We ordered a Pizza Margherita di buffala, a fried pizza and a crochet ta di patata these three dishes were really good. Good prices as well. The only thing was the spritz that wasn't Apperol it was other brand, but not a big deal.

Terribly rude waitress ruined the wholeExperience.Every neighbouring restaurant had queues out the door and this one was empty - it all makes sense now.The food was good but half the menu unavailable and angry server made the experience terrible. Also had the audacity to pop on a 12.5% service charge after the belligerent demeanour and slow uptake. Not good for business. Would not recommend.

We have been going to this restaurant since it opened. It was our preferred option for Italian. I was shocked to see the change since last time..before Covid. The pizza was raw, the Bufalo Chips were raw and soaked of the frying oil. The Caprese listed as a salad not a starter (cost £13) it was a tiny sliced mozzarella with a tomato sliced in 5 thin slices..The waiter said she could not do anything about the raw pizza and rest…she was just giving good service(??) we paid the full bill, no discount, no apologies from anyone…Such a shame! we used to trust this brand and we visited the Milan and Rome restaurants too. We will definitely not going back to Fratelli La Bufala!

The 1 star is for the Pizza only. Made a reservation as over the years it has always been packed, especially on New Years Eve and the food has always been fantastic. NOT THIS TIME. Arrived at 5pm NYE and it was empty. After choosing what we wanted to order we were told about 60% of the menu wasn’t available. Service was terrible. Had to get our 2 pizzas replaced by one to share and no cutlery provided. Buffalo mozzarella had no flavour like the cherry tomatoes cut into quarters as part of the Caprese. All the things this restaurant was famous and renowned for has gone. The downstairs toilet was filthy dirty. The barman was nice but didn’t know what drink was what or what bottle contained what. We have also eaten in FDdiB in Italy and the food was perfect. This is a franchise and they don’t care about repeat business or customers. Watch this space to see if they will still be there this time next year.

One of the best Neapolitan Pizza in London. Finally, today they reopen again. We will see soon again.

Excellent Service 5 star for Anna Maria alone! She was very attentitive and helpful as my family and I needed to have a quick bite so we could make it in time for our show at The Apollo. The Pizza was made to perfection, with fresh toppings and well cooked base and starters were brilliant: compliments to the chef. SO glad to have found this place, will definitely be visiting again in the new year !!

I have been here in the past and loved their pizza, but I was really disappointed in walking all the way there from our b&b and finding it closed. It is temporary but they could bother reporting it on Google Maps..

Manager very polite but that's what they got the 1 star for. They don't offer a NO pork option, nor gluten free! In London I would expect more! The good news is we went to the steak house just down the road who offered suitable options for us. a and
