You can get in if you're a tourist cause they have some typical British food but it's not a good quality/price combination

Hi,I visit this restaurant once or twice a month,the food is great,I try to try different dishes but always choose sticky toffee pudding as my ONLY desert😁,the staff is great and would like to give a special thanks to Elhan and Jayant for going the extra mile to please there customers,honestly top service👏🏽

A cosy American diner-styled restaurant just outside Paddington station.A starter, two main courses and a cider came to around £45, which is very reasonable in central London.The food may not be the best you will ever eat but it is tasty, the service is good and the location very convenient if you do not want to eat out and out fast food.

Very nice family restaurant. Clean descent and kind personal. Good and fast service. Most days open from 7.00am, so you can have breakfast very early. I recommend the bun with eggs and patatoes. :) Paddington Station and underground entrance (Praedstreet) are across the street.

Loved Frankie and Bennys.Never been here before and walked past it so many times.Very good food at really good prices too.The restrooms are a little difficult to find if you have no sense of direction though.May be advisable to take a long ball of string!Owned by the same people who own the Hotel next door.Was quiet too in the middle of the morning...plenty of seats and space, very friendly staff.Nice! 😁

Very good Location near Paddington station and affordable food. The customer service is excellent. I have to say Walid is fantastic, owners should employ at least 7 more of him as he is no stop and gives a good service to every person in the place.Highly recommended

Lisa and Alfi are the best bartenders you will find in paddington, the food is really good and the best part of mercure hotel. I had breakfast twice but I miss the burger
