Gastronomia Italia in City of London

Bought 11£ worth of San Daniele ham. Delicious and I avoided spending 25£ at ASDA for a ham that was intended for a large family. Good service, friendly Italian staff.

I have been going here since I was a child, a true little Italian deli in Pimlico with a good variety of Italian products and they serve a very good espresso! Salvatore is great 👍🏼

Salvo is a lovely chap and he takes care of the shop properly! The products are excellent!

I love this place - it's an old style Italian shop, selling a large range of good quality pasta and other dry goods. Also a deli counter and good coffee. If you want a slick high end experience, don't come here....if you want a real shop run by an old style Italian owner, do. Five minutes from Victoria stn, but closes early (about 4).

1st time I went - disappointed with with sandwich and sandwich selections2nd time - asked for a chicken salad sandwich - where is the chicken it is all salad with 2 minuscule cubes of chicken and salad.last time I try here - shame because I prefer to promote independents - but will have to use Subway next door in future.

I love Italy, Italian food, this little place offers the best service and lunch. Highly recommended.

This tiny, unassuming Italian deli and sandwich shop near Victoria is fast becoming an office lunchtime favourite. The sandwiches are made on thick, soft, crusty bread and filled with delicious ingredients such as mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes and cured meats, straight from the deli counter. While there, it's difficult to resist the temptation to stock up on other items, such as the fresh olives, and dizzying array of imported pastas, biscuits and other mysterious jars and boxes filling the shelves right up to the ceiling.

Don't be scared off by the slightly intimidating authenticity of this place. Best espresso's in the area, fabulous array of fresh food and an extensive selection of Italian booze. For all your fernet and aperol needs.
