One of the best cantoneese roasted duck in london. Roasted duck itself is nice and juicy with crispy skin. Sauce is salty yet sweet and aroma. Dim sum is also good especially Ha gao. This place is a must if you crave for Chinese food. Service is average and price is not cheap.

It was my first Chinese restaurant that I tried at London Chinatown. Sadly the fried rice was tasteless (I think my mum cooked so much better). Service was also average, probably I’m the only one and it gave me the idea that I’m not a valued customer since I order so little. I understand that credit card is widely used everywhere however I decide to “clear off” some of my cash at this restaurant and there were 2 to 3 staffs at the counter gave me that irritated look. My 2 stars justifies my experience.

Best dim sum in London (imo) and we've been coming for a long time now. BUT it's become super expensive. In recent years, a good dim sum meal for two of us was about £50 (which I still considered not great value given we've been coming since early 2000s and back then you could do two for about £35). Today we went and ordered the usual and the bill came to £75!!!!! The teas are no longer unlimited so that was 2x£6... So don't think I can justify coming here again. But, the food is great, the service is fast / reliable / polite. Can't fault it for anything other than the prices.

small portion sizes, stinky toilets with no baby changing facilities, but the worse thing is they add extra items to your bill!! check your bill! such dishonesty mentioned by plenty of other reviews here.

We have been to the restaurant and we have been charged upfront for the food we ordered. They have charged a service charge before we order food. Unacceptable and please be aware. We have ordered second time we did not like the service at all. They dont speak English and the food was recommended wasn’t good enough. We ordered some dumplings and we noticed there was a service charge added 12.5%. I was refusing to pay the service charge but Kim (who claimed her self as the manager) as in the photo said we must pay the service charge even though its optional and not legally meant to pay. And she did not take our order. She said its going to the boss not even for them. And she was rude as well. Guys there are better restaurants in that area. Please be awareFoods and drinks are over priced

This place is great. It's not too busy and the dim sum is hot and fresh. Staff are efficient and friendly. One thing that I must say is a plus are the toilets. Now with alot of Chinese restaurants the toilets are the worse, not the case here. They were clean and didn't smell.

Very authentic dim sum, they have all the dishes you would expect. Good prices and efficient service. Would visit again any time!

It was OK, it was convenient and the food was nice. The dim sun was lovely, the crispy duck was nice but the pancakes took some separating. It's worth noting that if you sit outside that you have to pay upfront, including having to pay for the service charge (which applies to everything 12.5% including a £5 glass of wine) which does feel mightily strange to be paying the 'tip' before you've received any service. It kind of takes the emphasis away from delivering a high level of service if you've already bagged the money upfront. It means that if you order anything extra you've got to pay for it whilst eating your meal, with the waiter stood over you with the card machine in hand ✋. Takes a bit off the experience. But the food was good and it was nice to be sat outside, especially when the 'opera' singer walked passed slowly singing whilst being videoed by a friend. Soho and China Town was also nice and busy, lots of hustle and bustle whereas most of the places that visited on Monday were actually very quiet.

Food was acceptable, 1st dish did arrive a little cold . Second dish shortly after and third towards the end of the meal which was a little disappointing.Asked for some sweet and sour and a soup dish of sweet and sour arrived.Meal was paid upfront with service charge although I felt service and food was a little lacking tbh.Service charge also on the beers ordered in addition and tips paid upfront ...Not sure this is a restaurant to rush to as you felt like you paid for more than you really received.Won kei simple but much better on same strip,As long as you remember cash 💸X
