Raw duck! Not well cooked and they do t give a refund! Ridiculous!

Worst and probably the most unbelievable restaurant experience in years. Please try it if you would like to get scolded for no reason. The woman without glasses (there are only 2 of them) even refuses to provide her name or employee number after treating customers extremely poorly. Service is far worse than a fast food restaurant when it brands itself as "Luxe".If you wish to pay to have someone to "serve" you with the worst possible attitude, and even refuse to disclose her name or employee info afterwards. This is the place to go.Probably an interesting experience as I have never had services like this. Long term advice for the restaurant: changing to a self-serving restaurant will be better than keeping the woman without glasses on board.

We had our wedding dinner here on Saturday. Wow and just wow. We were well looked after by Lisa the manager and her husband the head chef.The quality of the food is really out of this world (fit for a king!). Fresh food that is beautifully presented to the Michelin level that is second to non.We were really made to feel special for our evening and nothing was too much trouble. We had silver service and the choice of food given to us blew our guests away!We are so excited to tell all our friends about this restaurant because it really is a gem! There are 2 private rooms and the main dining area is very spacious for a meeting or dinner with friends.Highly highly recommended to make a visit here. This is our new favourite. Everything is fresh and gourmet. The soups are out of this world too!P.S. highly recommend the Peking duck! You would not regret it! It is a signature dish that is done perfectly and is heavenly.

Peking duck was the standout dish. Overall everything was tasty. Slightly more expensive than a standard Chinese restaurant but food quality and taste was good

2nd visit for dinner. What a poor excuse of a restaurant. Few choices on the menu, and we asked for less salt to boil or steam the vegetables rather than stir frying, we were rebuked with a "the chef doesn't like to change things / can't be done". Appalling attitude - we overheard them speaking ill of us by the front desk as we walked past. The food itself is merely average.1st visit for dim sum lunch. I was drawn in by the 50% off deal. Would I come here and pay full price? I'm afraid not. The dim sum was quite ordinary, a bit heavy handed with the salt / MSG. Turnip cake was a disappointment, cheung fun were about average, though the venison puffs were OK (but not even within touching distance of Yauatcha's)

Truly authentic dim sum with superb dinning environment, definitely recommend the crispy eel rice noodle! Enjoying dim sum while watching snowfall outside the window is such an indulging experience. I will visit again for sure.

This is a Chinese restaurant that serves dim sum the food is not bad. Service is a bit “odd”. You will see when you get here. When I went there were large groups yelling and very noisy. The cloth used to clean my table was very stinky.

Went here after hearing about the 50% offer and always on the look out for good dim sum. the hotel is new and the restaurant is clean and tidy. We ordered some dim sum - har gow (very good), sticky rice (good), hot and sour soup (small for the high price but good) and fried dough stick in cheung fun (fried too long by far, crispy and greasy) followed by a very nice crispy prawns with chilli and cashews main dish. With 50% off, the bill was 28.70. our server was new and not all informed but polite and served things efficiently. Too pricey at full price for us but a pleasant meal.

Really delicious! I love the xiaolongbao (shōronpō in Japanese 小籠包), but any dim sum you order here is gonna be good for sure. It’s reasonably cheap — we paid £25 per person, but the only drink we ordered was jazzmin tea. We also had custard buns for dessert. They bring 3 pieces per portion, so good for sharing. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was very quiet, with many empty tables. Peace!! 👏👍

A Chinese restaurant with a dumplings focus. Highlights include xiao long bao (soup filled pork dumplings) which are a rare find. There is also Peking duck on the menu (make your own duck pancakes). The menu is designed for sharing. The restaurant is on the 1st floor above a hotel. The environment is a formal Chinese setting (though sadly no round tables or lazy Susan). It's quiet for a Saturday lunchtime.
