I might change the rating if I go for dim sum but for dinner, my crispy noodles with seafood was good but not superb. I’m happy with the service and the ambience.

Nice ambience and off the road settings but why oh why is everything absolutely swimming in oil? The below photo is the stir fry veg, sat in a pool of oil, which is all you taste: nothing. Really put me off eating the food we had. Wouldn't return.

Excellent. Had meal with basically all dim sum, pork belly, great New Year duck roll... And lots of tea! Have toilet on same ground floor which great for daughter with disabilities. Recommend.

Not a very good experience I'm afraid. I've been going to this restaurant in China Town since 2000 with friends and family. It was always so good and reliable. This has now changed.Food hygiene rating of 3*. Food quality and taste was not up to their usual standard. This was also noticed by my family who really looked forward to visiting this place between Christmas and New year. Will now have to find another restaurant in the area to visit when in town.

Decent amount of food but the selection I felt was a little limited.

Authentic, good seating. Tad more pricey than other restaurants nearby.

Really good food in a very Chinese ambience. Got the roast duck, 梅菜扣肉 (pork with salted vegetables), fish fillet in sweetcorn sauce, and pak choy. All were good, would recommend!

We came at 2:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon and we waited at least 40 minutes for our dim sum to arrive after we ordered. 30 minutes into waiting, a staff member came and told us that they ran out of one particular type of dumpling and she didn’t even ask if we wanted to order a different one as a replacement. That being said, the food was quite good though a bit more on the pricey side.

Good dim sum restaurant. Great service and food was good. In general, the dim sum quality in London’s Chinatown is fairly high, so I can’t really say this was exceptional. No complaints at all apart from a few things. If you sit outside in the small courtyard by the water feature, be advised that there is the constant drone of either an air conditioner, extractor fan or some kind of machine. I would say better to sit insideRecommended dishesSteamed - The Har Gau (prawn dumplings), spinach & scallop, prawn & scallop dumplings were very good.Fried / Baked - Prawn cakes with salad cream, chicken spring rolls, pork cakes with sesame also very good.Vegetarian - Crispy dough cheung-funAvoid - Crispy squid with sweet & sour sauce. Oily, rubbery and not a nice sauce & flavour.

Responsive good service and very good beef fried ho fun (best I’ve had in a long time). Dim sum quality is average, the prawn dumplings would be better if it had more prawns, the cuttlefish cake and steamed pork dumplings need more work. It's a good location for catching up with friends because it's tucked away and the tables are relatively spaced out so you don't feel rushed.
