We had a lovely night with my husband, we started with a bottle of wine. Our waitress Silvia kindly explained menu.We were impressed by her great friendly energy. The steaks were delicious and well cooked.Thank you again Silvia for your great service! We will definitely come back!

Great steak, but you if you get the combo, they cook all the steak to the same level, which is disappointing. Staff were attentive.

Visited Gaucho for the first time today using a Buyagift voucher, in my past experience when using vouchers like this the menu is usually sub standard and the entire experience is spent having items upsold to you; At Gaucho this was not the case! The selection of foods available from the menu was fantastic and the drink selection was great and didn't need any hard sell at all.The warm welcome at the entrance, the ambience of the restaurant and service style were all very warm without being overbearing.Furthermore the food was great and I will definitely be returning!

Went in for a quick lunch. Service was great and my waiter kept checking in to make sure everything was okay. The food was lovely and I honestly can’t think of anything that would make me not want to visit again. A few diners were also a bit too loud shouting to get the waiter’s attention. Will definitely see me again soon!

Fantastic - 5* Amazing restaurant, steak cooked to perfection. You pay for what you get here and it truly is a great meal. Would highly recommend to anyone who gets the chance to visit a Gauchos restaurant. Great locations. Perfect…

Service was very slow on a Wednesday night. The steak's don't come with anything, no side of chips or salad, so make sure you order your sides!Portions were decent sizes.I had my steak medium rare. It wasn't very flavorful but it cut well and had a nice texture

Absolutely amazing place! Was a special dinner which was celebrated in style! The food was nothing short of divine and the cocktails we had so fresh tasting. Never had a bad experience here.

I booked to visit as I had a 25% discount card from Taste of London festival, having purchased some food from the Gaucho stall at that event.I cannot say I was overly impressed with the arrival experience, as I was made to feel a bit like the card was not real - the lady at reception then took it away to confirm with her manager, although I eventually had to question what had happened because we didn't get any confirmation as to whether or not it was ok - the waiter confirmed it had been applied when I followed up before we placed an order for food. The same member of staff that sat us at our table also took an initial order for some tap water as she sat us down, which did not arrive. Our waiter then took an order for tap water which didn't arrive either, until he came back and asked again, and this time it arrived. As for the food - the bread was nice, the steak was tasty but not amazing. The chips were not fresh at all - stale and lukewarm. My chocolate brownie was also stale and barely warm. The other diners in my party reported tasty food - the sticky toffee pudding was good, as far as I could tell. The pumpkin gnocchi was good too. The fillet steak was expensive!Another forgotten request for more tap water that we had to ask for again (that's three failed attempts), and we then paid and left. All in all, I was not that enamoured with the experience - certainly not worth the money in my opinion, even with 25% discount.A final point - improve the signage for the toilets! It is really, really unclear where to go, and led to a mishap in my party as one our guests accidentally entered the male toilets - there is no obvious signage whatsoever.

Food was exquisite. Sirloin steak was juicy.I phoned in for the halal option, just be weary if you do want halal steak sauce the peppercorn sauce has wine. The atmosphere was riotous and buzzing that could be because of the day I went, I went on a day when England were playing Ukraine. The place was dark and peaky if you prefer low light.Overall, I enjoyed the food more than the atmosphere. Between two people we spend around ÂŁ100, steak was not that overly priced. Dessert was a 9/10. Very very nice!
