Excellent afternoon tea. £35 and well worth it. Everything tasted like it was made in house. The tea and coffee are high quality. The service was impeccable. Our server, Elisa, was the best.

Great meal out on a Sunday. Tasty food and drinks, OK value for money. Good service with some small waits now and then.

Thanks to our wonderful server Ayman! Couldn’t have asked for better, more attentive service. Ayman went above and beyond and really made our afternoon special. There was a nice buzz in the restaurant and the food was excellent - particularly the Dover Sole. The Rathfinny English Sparkling wine was delicious too! Highly recommend!

Yesterday we celebrated our wedding anniversary at the restaurant. We asked for a table outside when booking for Covid safety: we had a beautiful table next to a heater under an awning in the courtyard. The food was exquisite, and the "icing" on our anniversary cake was that we had the most delightful, kind and attentive waiter imaginable. Eneko was great - what a superb asset to any hospitality team. We will be back and it was a really lovely meal and evening, Thank you so much. Andrew and Selina

We were unfortunate to have very unfriendly lady serving us at this restaurant during first visit. They gave us dirty cutlery to start with and after being told she got offended? and didn't bother to care anymore with service. Instead, she got concentrated on other table, where there was big group of people ordering lots of dishes.We were just two and needed quick meal before heading elsewhere for drinks.The food was also very average, nothing to remember abd worth paying for.All in all we got very underwhelmed with what supposed to be a 5 star hotel.

Really good lunch dining in very well equipped outdoor space at Ham Yard Restaurant. The a la carte menu currently being served has a nice selection of dishes, all very fresh with top quality ingredients.All the food we ordered was cooked very well with simple, fresh and punchy flavours. The seared tuna was the clear winner from the dishes ordered which comes with a delicious salsa verde. The fries are delicious and very addictive, so definitely worth having an extra side of these on the table. The portion sizes are very good, especially the smoked salmon starter with sourdough toast which was more than big enough to serve two people. The prices are slightly on the higher-end but that is to be expected given the quality of the ingredients (especially seafood), its location and being a 5 star hotel, so definitely a special treat!The staff are fantastic, really friendly and polite and delivered a great all round service all throughout. The outdoor space is very pleasant and off the main streets with lots of heaters around for the cold weather. When indoor dining is permitted again, then this will be a great experience as it looks amazing! And judging by the bathroom facilities, no expense has been spared, it's an experience in itself.

They have a huge space for the restaurant indoors and outdoors. It’s in a nice secluded space despite its in central London near Shaftesbury Avenue. The portion is big here so go hungry! This was unexpected and very good value for money especially with the set menu deals. Definitely a place I’d be coming back for more food and drinks. Nice choice of cocktails too.

I love the Ham Yard restaurant! In fact I think it’s one of my favourite places. The decor is lovely - the library is especially beautiful. I love the fact that they have a cinema too (I was seated at a premiere some months ago when I was writing a film review for a magazine) and it was very comfortable with a charming bar). The service has always been very good. I have been there for afternoon tea in the conservatory - that was my first visit and then I have had supper in the restaurant a few times. On this occasion I was surprised by my friends - for my birthday!!!! We had a super afternoon tea!!! Two of my friends were new to the restaurant. Previously I brought three new friends for supper too!! I love treating my friends to nice places. We had such a good time!!!! The food is delicious with decent portions and the ambience is fantastic. I really want to see the roof terrace and experience an overnight stay- that’s on my list next!! I will report back on that when I can!!!!
