Staff friendly enough. Southern friend chicken strips decent, double burger stack awful. Dry burgers, hard bun. Pathetic amount of chips with all the meals. Could do with more seating. On the plus side, it’s one of the moray beautiful Wetherspoons you will find. Just shame about the food!

Absolutely awful and rude service. Went in last night and my drinks were poured awfully because the bartender kept looking and chatting to people and missing my actual glass I had to tell her twice to be careful. Went there three times this morning as the website said ‘open’ when in fact nobody was in at all, last time went back about half with a few people waiting around as door said 9am and website said open we called up and they said 12 as managers aren’t in yet then we had staff barging past us to get into the work place shoving us out the way. 12 came around and the workers were coming outside but kept locking up so asked when they would be open they said ‘we don’t know’ we stated we were told 12 as it was 12:15 at this point and he said ‘no idea could be another couple of hours.’ I then said ‘That’s not very good is it telling us three different things.’ He then went in and suddenly all managers were already there and they opened the doors but a big man who worked in the kitchen tattoos on his arm came and placed the table with rubbish in front of me and let everyone else in. I still went ahead he was definitely trying to intimidate me but when I got in and asked the bar and the ‘manager’ if the app was finally fixed and instead she started to do the ‘ma ma’ hand gestures like sharpay from high school musical when she ‘calms’ herself down. This was also on a glass 🤮 won’t be returning awful food, awful people. Other Spoons have lovely staff. Disgusting their behaviour.

Not the best. Dry burger with very few chips.Dry jacket potato with cheese... But someone had stolen the cheese. Chicken wrap with a bit of pink chicken.Curry was nice.Staff very pleasent. No card payments downstairs so told to go outside and find the cash machine, yet they could take cards upstairs... Why not direct customers upstairs if they don't have cash?App wasn't working either.Shame. Never mind.

For a stop off drink while waiting for a train this is a decent enough option, since there’s loads of tills and staff ensuring that service is fast. It could benefit with some more standing tables around the bar area, as there felt to be a lot of wasted space upon entering and a fair number of people looking for somewhere to perch, but as usual the decor is worth taking some time to admire and, with the outdoor space, not an unpleasant place to be.

·

Aside from the history, the decor and location, it's nothing special. Food and drink pretty standard. Staff ok. Definitely somewhere you either meet to start your night, before swiftly moving on, or the place you go after a night out and you have a while until your train comes.

This is the best wetherspoons I have had the chance to eat in, on a visit to London recently, the food was great, service was outstanding, well done all staff.

·

Decent pub with loads of seating yet not too crowded on a Friday lunchtime. Noisy but not so much that it stops you thinking or requires you to shout. Has a good atmosphere. This is a longstanding pub that is very popular and it's in a great location, just on the corner of the station. Hygiene fine including in loos. Staff friendly and helpful. Could not order food on the app here.

Walked in on a Saturday morning with no issues. Staff with smile on there faces. I have to say this is one of if not the most beautiful spoons i have been to ever! The huge ceilings the architectural features just Urg. Amazing.
