Really poor food quality. The hummus was not properly made, did not even have a drop of olive oil drizzled on it. The steak was like rubber and the rest of the dishes were so bland they could have come from a supermarket shelf. The prices they charge in no way reflect the food quality.

Amazing Food BUT Extremely poor service.Haz restaurant – it use to be my favourite place to dine in and celebrate some occasions. It still is but… let's start from the beginning.Atmosphere – restaurant design is very tasteful and welcoming.Food is AMAZING. All gratitude to the chef. Reasonable portions, great presentation and very tasty.Prices – affordable like for a night out in central London.Employees – it’s a total disaster. The last time, I was there with my office colleges, it was madness. Parade of waiters, mixed drinks order, super long time waiting to place an order or to get something from the waiter. The waiter probably was temp, because they look sad and not interested at all in the job.I do recommend this place only because of the food! Get for yourself lots of wine to sit through poor service.I hope after all the covid situation management will be able to hire passionate and well-trained waiting staff.

We had lunch at Haz. My coworkers was still eating/chewing and the waiter took her food without her finishing the food. They had a Xmas menu which was way more expensive for the food you get. We paid 40 pounds each for lunch including three small starter plats, main and desert. The food was good but It was not worth it in terms of service, the expensive Xmas menu and quantity of food. The lamb was nice.

The service was exceptional. The waiters were very friendly, welcoming and chatty. The food was okay but certainly not the best Turkish food I’ve had.

The set lunch menu comes with a choice of a starter and a mains (another version allows deserts too) and its fresh, and delicious. Good for a sit down lunch in the middle of a workday. Great Mediterranean selection, although some combinations will definitely be touted as fusion

'Haz' a great selection of vegetarian options. I judge a place like this on its hummous and it didn't disappoint. The vegetarian moussaka was also ace. Book a table if you're heading there over lunch with a bunch of people but they can probably always squeeze in two on a whim.

The restaurant has a nice view of St. Paul’s Cathedral dome. The food is not amazing, but it’s good. Service was poor: total absence of eye contact, no smiles, they were cold, when we left three of them were chatting with one another. Only one told us “thank you”, the others were totally indifferent.

Good location. Spacious sitting. Below average food. Had to send rice back as it was spoiled.

I wanted to try the Haz breakfast as1) Their instagram has an amazing picture of breakfast set-up2) in my previous visit a week before i was handed out a 50% off breakfast voucher printed at the bottom of the receipt. So i invited 2 other friends for breakfast and was shocked to learn that they no longer do that breakfast advertised on their instagram (a week ago!). 3 of us was hungry so we ended up ordering a 2 star bed & breakfast kind of plate (some olives, cheese, honey) and some eggs & sucuk. Really not expecting something from the likes of Haz!Furthermore when the time for payment came they showed me the receipt with the 50% off was for 2020! When i confronted why they printed out something in 2021 they said their machine is not working. So i ended up paying full price for a breakfast that was not what was advertised. To add insult to injury the new receipt they printed had the 50% off voucher at the bottom again for 2020!I contacted management to ask for a refund or alternatively a voucher for a meal & drink for 2 and got a very derogatory response. These people really don't know how to run a hospitality businesses with an attitude like that.Avoid. There are many other nice restaurants with super kind friendly management in the area. I really hope Haz change their attitude.

Amazing atmosphere. Would say far from traditional Turkish restaurant but in the good way. Elegant and classy interiors. Food is so delicious and the drinks also. Staff members are very friendly and professional. Highly recommended. Will definitely come again soon
