Simply gruesome! The chef was filthy, had most dirtiest clothes. Totally empty restaurant and noisy staff talking out loud. Its around £30 per head. Unhygienic, unprofessional staff.

Honestly, it was just weird. We nipped in around 3pm on a Friday afternoon and walked in, there were a few people sat alone eating, some looked like they were probably chefs there or something. We sat at a table, checked out the menu but after about 45 seconds sat with no music on, no background noise, just silence we looked at each other and said it's a bit weird in here, shall we go...We went round the corner to the banana tree... Was a great decision as the food was mega

Food overall was tasty and service was as should be. Price however was too pricey at over £18 for a started and a main…maybe I’m not use to London prices. Would eat here more often if wasn’t so pricy.

Wanting to try something different, we took our search for food in the direction of Thai cuisine and decided to try out Horapha. The food was okay, nothing special at all, and I'd say the soup was better than the main dish. Service was actually terrible; we walked in and weren't greeted for a while, and we had to actually look for service when we were ready to order as we'd waited for 20 minutes and none of the staff were visible. Staff didn't seem friendly or accomodating. Restaurant was quite empty, just one other table in the distance; the atmosphere was quiet, odd and not the most welcoming.

There is a lot of discussion when it comes to authenticity of Thai food in London and there are not a lot out there. A European can provide reviews when it comes to service and atmosphere but not really about the authentic taste of Thai food. We were 7 guests, all Thai and mix of residents and visitors and tourists and we all agreed, of those Thai restaurants we know in London, Horapha is one of the most authentic and that deserves 5 stars. Atmosphere, interior and service is also more Thai than European but that won't affect the overall rating ☺️Ask the manager inside about the food and he has a story to tell about every single dish. Welcome to Horapha

The papaya salad is perfectly Thai with the right balance of spicy and savory. The quality and flavors authentic! Happy to find a great restaurant a few minutes north of Hyde Park.

Ordered the green curry with duck. It came fast and tasted very good. But they were stingy with duck and there were a just a few small pieces. No complaints about the service.

This has got to be one of the hidden gems of Thai cuisine in London. The restaurant serves everyday, home-cooked Thai cuisine, inspired by the need to fill its guests stomach and fulfil the need for food without creating much fuss and elaborate actions. The management here has two simple aim - to satisfy and to meet the client’s wish for good food. And may I say, they did it very well!Prices are within the affordable range. This place is located near the Bayswater station and Queensway station.Well recommended to all!

Simply superb. The best Pad Thai I remember ever having. The service is impeccable, whilst lovingly accompanied by the chef gently singing Tom Jones’ classics. Flavoursome, wholesome, delicious, and a culinary treat. And to add it all, a price that is hard to come by in London. Five stars.

The original Thai taste. Friendly staff. The restaurant is include service charge on the bill automatic. I am not upset in this restaurant. I feel like in Thailand.
